"You're telling me that my soul is connected to his?" Naomi asked with widened eyes
Taeyong glanced at renjun giving him a small smile, " yes, that's why you got the same tattoo underneath your eyes"
"But why? Why us out of all people? We don't even get along " Renjun asked, he had so many questions going on inside his head
"That's the reason , Seraphines and Aurades don't get along, this Happened few years ago... I'm sure it's recorded in the files of the ministry. I remember reading about it . Haechan's parents went through the same thing, that's why he's an half. But , they didn't truly appreciate and care for each other. That's not how this bond works. Please acknowledge and care about each other okay?" Taeyong hopefully looked at the two
Naomi gave a glare at renjun
"Okay hyung. Thank you so much for letting us know about this" Renjun thanked
"The ministry and your parents doesn't know about this yet. Be careful, a lot of things will happen leading to a huge war between the two community" Taeyong warned as the two nodded

"You told them about this?" Yuta asked with a serious face
" We can't hide it from them, they'll get to know about it someday" taeyong replied sipping on his drink
"BUT WHAT WAS HE DOING HERE? DIDN'T YOU TELL ME HE WALKED OUT OF NAOMI'S ROOM? HOW DID HE ENTER-" before yuta could yell more taeyong shut his mouth with his hands
"Look, it's their personal thing and I didn't want to invade into what was happening, all I could figure out was that he probably teleported here as I could hear Naomi yelling at him last night" Taeyong said smiling at the last sentence
"But who knows what happened? He could've killed her! And why didn't she tell me that he was here?" yuta asked in frustration that his sister could be easily violated by the raven haired Aurade boy
"You're so dumb yuta, I told you many times that's not how the bond works, they wouldn't hurt each other " Taeyong sulked
"I don't understand why you trust that boy so much" Yuta said walking away to his room

Renjun contemplated whether he should tell his friends about the bond or not
"Jeno pass me the cookies too!" Haechan complained looking at Jeno feeding jaemin some cookies
Renjun sighed looking at them
"What happened? You look worried" jisung asked
"Uh-it's nothing" Renjun said waving his hands
"Did your dad do something again?" Jaemin asked
"No it's not him. It's Naomi" Renjun replied sighing
"What's up with her? Did her powers get cut off? But haechan told nothing was wrong" Jeno said with a confused expression
"Our souls are connected" Renjun confessed
"I'll try to pretend I didn't know it already" chenle said
"You knew?" Renjun asked with widened eyes
"Of course! It was so obvious looking at the way you were worried about her! Let alone the tattoo under your eye" haechan said as a matter of fact
"You guys kept it from me" Renjun said as he sounded betrayed
"Chenle's father told it was for the best if you found it out yourself" jisung replied
"Taeyong hyung told that we needed to care about each other...and that if the ministry and our parents knew ,a huge war would break out" Renjun said as his eyebrows furrowed in sadness
"The same thing happened with my parents, a huge misunderstanding was created between us and the Seraphines" haechan confessed
"I'm worried" Renjun sighed
Jeno put his arm around renjun giving him a hug, " everything will be fine, just be patient okay? "
"Thank you , what would happen if I injure her? Wouldn't it lead to something drastic? She hates me! " Renjun had so many questions
"Chill bro, you wouldn't hurt her, trust me" Haechan smiled

"Naomi what happened? You're not doing well " Johnny asked as he threw a few punches on Naomi but she didn't dodge it
Naomi who was bruised fell on the ground panting hard
"Are you alright?" Johnny asked as he gave his hand as Naomi held it getting up
"Ah I'm tired" she said as she chugged the bottle of water
"Alright I'll get going to the shooting room" Naomi informed looking at Johnny
"Sure take care" Johnny waved smiling
"You're missing every shot!" Taeyong yelled
Naomi continued aiming for the bullseye but ended up shooting one of the lights in the room
"Naomi stop, you can't continue anymore" Taeyong sighed
"What happened to you?" Mark asked with a worried expression
"I don't think you're yourself today, get back home now!" Taeyong said
"No I'll be fine, I'll continue-"
"Continue to destroy the training room? I told you to get back home! Listen to my orders!" Taeyong yelled as Naomi walked out leaving the gun on the table
Mark looked too worried as he hurried out behind Naomi
"Naomi wait!" Mark said holding her arm as she turned towards him
"Are you okay? " Mark asked with a concerned face
"Yeah I'm fine" naomi replied
"You know taeyong hyung, he gets serious when it's training . Don't take it to heart, hm?" Mark said
"Yeah sure I'm leaving " Naomi huffed as she walked out of the building

Naomi covered herself with blankets as her eyes got teary
"He would never yell at me" she mumbled
Taeyong was a handsome and charming man who Naomi always admired, but he never thought of her as anything more than a little sister.
It was too much on her, she already had a lot of things she needed to fight for, now her soul is connected with Renjun and they needed to fight to bring peace between the Seraphines and Aurades.
She looked at her hand, " will my powers really get cut?"
