The shores of Insmoor, Elfhame.
Her body was hefty, heavier than expected. She heard the ameliorating sound of waves running into the shores, yet it was not as calming as it should be. Her skin was wet, and the sensation of sand clinging to her body made her skin crawl.
She heard voices, mumbling, possibly arguing, but muffled, all of it, it was overwhelming and irritating. She could see nothing but the pitch black inside of her heavily rested eyelids, she felt the deadness spread throughout her body, the shivering sensation urging the desire to move.
