"You were the one who came up with this stupid idea!" You shouted, facing Jade with furrowed eyebrows and a heaving chest.
"Because you didn't want to go to the movies!" she screamed back.
"We've seen every movie that was playing!" You argued.
"You can rewatch movies, Y/n!" Jade groaned.
"Enough!" You grunted as Beck pulled you back a bit by your waist. "Both of you, go sit in time out," he said.
"Babe!" You shouted as Jade shouted his name.
"Time out!" Beck pointed sternly to a few cinderblocks against the wall of the roof you were stuck on because Jade suggested a picnic. Your friends were snickering behind Beck while you and Jade sulked over to the blocks.
"See what you did?" You mumble as you sat down side by side.
"You're the one who started it," she snipped.
"Did not," You grimaced.
"No talking in time out!" Beck shouted over his shoulder as he was trying to pry the door open with a crowbar. You glared at Jade, but it melted into an amused smile and then you were both bursting with laughter.
"No laughing in time out!"
