"Oh, look at these ones!" You point the camera to the pink tulips, running your fingers over one of the petals.
"Those ones are pretty, how much?" Trina asked, smiling softly at you.
"Only $5! I'm so getting it. Look how pretty that is!" Trina chuckled softly at your enthusiasm. "Oh my gosh, I see sunflowers. Let me show you."

"Look how adorable this mug is," you switch the camera around and show her your coffee cup.
"That is cute, where'd you get it?" She asked, smiling.
"That thrift store down the street from the school, it was two bucks and I love it," you switch the camera back to show her your wide, bright smile.
"Where does that put the cup count?" She asked. You roll your eyes but you can deny it.
"At about 14 but I can stop if I want to!" You said.
"Sure you can," she teased.

"And I have a pink one, look how cute this color is," you hold the little ring up to the camera to show her.
"That is cute," she smiled softly, "which one do I get?"
"You get a yellow one, cause there's only one pair and it's yellow. I wish I could have gotten another pink one cause I know you like pink, but I ran out of quarters," you pick up your phone from where it was propped up and show her your pout.
"That's okay, baby, I like yellow. Yellow's like sunshine and you're my sunshine so it fits perfectly," she said.
"That is so cheesy," you said despite the blush creeping up on your cheeks.

"Do you think your mom will like these flowers?" You ask, pointing your phone to the bouquet under your arm.
"I'm sure she'll love them," tori is smiling, you can see it in her eyes despite the mask over her mouth. "Are you almost here?" She asked.
"Yeah, like five minutes," you pant dramatically into the phone, picking up your pace to get to the restaurant where you'll be meeting your girlfriends parents for the first time.
