Do note that this chapter is littered with mistakes because I dont have time to proofread it 😔 but I'll get to it... eventually. Happy reading

My eyes flew open, awake but not fully awake. I laid there as my mind rushed to keep up with my body. After putting together the pieces of last night a smile formed on my face.

I reached over to Liza's side of the bed ready to pull her body towards mine sitting up when I found it empty.
Where did she go?

After pulling my shirt over my head I made my way out of her room. I had been over enough to know my way around and in a few seconds I was standing in front of the kitchen.

I leaned against the doors frame, arms crossed as I watched Liza with a smile love about the tiny kitchen. Her concentration was so adept that she didn't notice me until I was directly behind her.

"Good morning!" She chirped.

"Mmm." I nuzzled against the side of her neck enjoying her scent; lavender and lime, so good. My chest rumbled in satisfaction.

She cleared her throat before shimmying out of my embrace. She turned her face away from me but I had already caught a glimpse of the slight tint on her cheeks.

With a mischievous grin I walked up behind her again as she ran her hands over the gushing sink. I placed an arm on her waist, the other on the counter.

"Cole..." She groaned when I ran the tip of my nose up and down the side of her neck. I pulled back a little and blew gently on it. "Cole!" She shrieked and scurried past me.

I couldn't hold it in any longer. My head fell back as my body shook with laughter. I clutched my stomach as the pain from laughing so hard starting to show itself but I didn't stop.

She was so fun to tease.

She huffed when she ducked past me as she carried a stack of plates in her hand over to the counter.

"Stop, you're distracting me."

I leaned against the wall, a smug smile on my face. "I know. I can be very distracting."

She shot me a dry look. "Oh did I say distracting? I meant annoying."

I gasped, my hand over my chest feigning hurt. "I'm pretty sure you meant distracting." I came up to her side again, huffing in annoyance when she turned around completely snubbing me.

I pouted feeling very dejected. Now she was just being mean by avoiding me. I grinned, mischief played on my face. She was playing a game she would definitely loose, by a landslide.

Today her hair was tied in a bun, that fact was perfect for what I planned to do next. I leaned towards her, my face towards the side of her neck, the tip of my nose grazing it lightly. I traced my tongue lightly over the side of her neck up to ear and all the way over to the top. I stuck the edge of her ear in between my teeth, biting and tugging at it lightly.

She had stopped moving by then. Her hands tightly gripped the edge of the kitchen counter, her chest rose and fell with each breath and her eyes were shut tightly.

I trailed my lips over her ear before whispering softly into it. "Am I distracting you?" My voice carried a tone of teasing in it even though I intended for it to sound more sultry.

She bit her bottom lip, her eyes rolled in annoyance. "Fine I admit it. You're distracting me. Happy?"

I grinned like a child on Christmas. "Yes very." I took a step back, my hands stuffed into my pockets, this was me surrendering but the smirk of victory on my dace never wavered.
