hello to all who decided to read this story!
so, this is actually a rewrite of a rewrite that i posted on quotev a few years back, but i loved the story so much that i really wanted to publish it here where i can keep track of the chapters better. so, here it is! this is going to be my first ever kol mikaelson fanfiction, and i'm already super duper excited!
TRIGGER WARNING PLEASE READ: while i love this story, i have to admit that it's a little darker than what i usually write. there will be mentions of sexual assault and rape in this story, specifically in chapter "01." if you are easily triggered by this, feel free to skip the chapter or to leave this story altogether. i will not take it to heart, and i hope all who are directly affected by these issues are living beautiful lives still. know that you're not alone.
also, i definitely don't own the vampire diaries or the originals because if i did, things would've turned out very differently. all i own is charlotte and her story, so please don't steal her. she's my baby and i love her too much to see someone else take her story.
