Suna pov.

I think I was never happier to go to school than his morning.
(Y/N) came me to visit yesterday as well but just for a short time.
To short for me to look at them and just admire how perfect they are

I'm gonna ask them out on a real date today...

Kita said that we wouldn't have practice today so I waited in front if (Y/N)'s house
After some time they walked out and they smiled at me
"Hello Rin are you feeling better?"
"Yeah thanks to you. How are you feeling?"
I asked them while we started walking
"I'm great"

I need to do it now

"Ahm so I wanted to ask you tomorrow is Saturday so I thought that we can go picnic on the meadow you thought was pretty"
I looked at them and they smiled
"I would love to"

The rest if the day the boys were strange and didn't talk much

Something is off here...

Timeskip next day

I set all up for the picnic in the middle of the beautiful smelling flowers after that walked to (Y/N)'s house and ringed the bell

Her mother opend the door and asked if i wanted to came in but before i could eccept the offer (Y/N) walked down the stairs and said
"We can go bye mom"
They kissed their mom on the cheek and pulled me to the street

"It's a nice day don't you think?"
They asked me
It was really a nice day the weather was great and we were both together in a great mood
"Yes it is"
I just answered and we walked in silence to the blanked I set up for us
"You did this? It's so beautiful"
I smiled by their expression

We both sat down and we started to talk while eating the things I have bring with me.

I looked at them and saw a rice grain on their cheek
"You have something on your cheek"
I wiped it with me free hand away and I felt their face warming up

Is that a good sign? Now is your change now or never!

"(Y/N) I need to tell you something"
"Sure what is it?"
They asked while taking another bite of their onigiri

"You are a really nice and polite person. I love your smile it makes my heart beating faster. I love the way you treat people you always think the best of them. I love that you get along with my family and I'm happy that you care about me... you are making me crazy and I want to be by your side for ever and never leave you... the point is I'm in love with you (Y/N) since the first time you smiled at me"

I said and they was just looking at me with wide opend eyes
"Was that to much?"
I asked and scratched my neck and they hugged me out of nowhere
"I love you too rin"
My heart was beating faster than ever the person that I loved had the same feelings for me

I looked in theur eyes and we became closer and closer till our lips meet.
It was the best feeling I ever had in my whole life.
Their face in my hand and her body close to mine so I could feel her warmth.
After some time we broke the kiss and we were both smiling like idiots

"(Y/N) do you want to be my partner?"
"Yes of course"
They said with a happy smile but then their face got darker
"I need to tell you something rin"
I wasn't expecting what I was gonna hear in a moment and just looked at them with my now again normal face expression
"What is it?"
"I'm going to die in 2 months..."

My heart that was beating like crazy just one second ago stopped...
Me just staring in shock at them and my eyes widened

They didn't mean that serious did thex?

"Please tell me that isn't true"
I whispered with pain
"I'm so sorry..."
"What exactly do you have?"
"I have cancer in my lung"
"Is that why you always having these attacks?"
"Yeah it is"

I felt something hot rolling down my cheek and (Y/N) gently wiped the tears away
"It's gonna be fine"
"How can you possibly say that it's fine?"
I almost yelled at them with the still coming pain in my voice
"I don't want to lose you..."
I whispered and they smiled softly at me
"I don't want to lose you either especially now..."
I wrapped my arms around them and hugged them as tightly as I could.

We were both crying in each other's arms and didn't say a word because we knew how much pain it would be

After a long time we let go of each other and I gently kissed their forehead
"I have a meeting with the doctor on Tuesday at 4 pm do you wanna come with me?"
I didn't know it but I wanted to be by their side as long as I could and so I said
"Yeah okay..."

I'm gonna lose my first love because of an illness and we can't change anything about it...
