Chapter 4: The mysterious girl

"Ladies." Someone said as he came in and I looked around to see it was Ebony. He was carrying something around and put it on the table.

It was different food for them but mine was food that humans actually eat. It was steak covered with gravy with mash potatoes on the sides.

And I thought this isn't breakfast but I'll guess it'll do. I started picking up my knife and fork and started eating.

"Is that what you eat everyday?" Gamora asked me.

"Not really, I only eat this when it's a special occasion." I said and started eating again.

"Why not everyday?" Nebula asked this time.

"I'm not that rich to eat steak everyday. I'm not that poor to not be able to eat steak. So I only eat them once there is a special occasion." I answered and noticed that both of them were looking at me.

"Why? What's the problem?" I asked.

"Nothing, but I feel that someone will request to have steak everyday." Gamora said.

"I don't really want to eat steak everyday or else I'll get tired of it then it won't be special anymore." I said and ate another piece.

I could see that Thanos was uneasy.

"I mean if someone cooked me steak everyday then I guess I'll eat, I won't get tired of it if someone I know is cooking it." I said and I finished my plate. And so did Gamora and Nebula.

"Are you thirsty?" Thanos asked me this time.

"Mm-hmm. I could go for coffee." I answered and Thanos just raised his finger and the coffee was in front of me.

"Oh!" I was surprised but smiled to saw it. I smelled it first and then took a sip from it. It was so bitter. I didn't like it. I accidentally spit the coffee and coughed.

Thanos stood up and put his one knee down and caressed my back. I stopped coughing and looked up to see him. Even in his one knee down, he was still taller than me. Well, maybe because I'm sitting.

"Uhm, the coffee was really bitter." I said. I couldn't look away from his eyes.

"C-can I make my own coffee?" I asked and he only stared at me.

"I can make you one, if you l-like?" I said. He only nodded and stood up and sat at his chair.

"Who knew he likes a human." Gamora commented.

"She's an immortal human, she'll fit right in." Nebula commented too. What does she mean I'll fit right in?

"Is there going to be a wedding ceremony? I bet the people are going to be surprised when they get the information Thanos is in love." Gamora and Nebula just kept on talking on the table and somehow, I don't seem to mind their conversation. I don't know who they are talking about though, I wish I knew who Thanos has taken a fancy too.

"Thanos is in love? With who? Is she in the planet or somewhere else?" I asked out of curiosity.

"She's here." Nebula answered my question.

"Oh, she must be pretty or very powerful." I commented and smiled.

"She's pretty alright. I'm not sure about powerful but maybe if I trained her, she will be." Gamora reponded on my comment about the mysterios girl. I'm really curios about her. What does she likes and how did Thanos fell in love with her.

I looked up to Thanos.

"Who is she? Is she someone everyone knows here? Can I meet her?" My eyes shining bright. I want to make friends with her. Wait, he has already someone then why is he sleeping with me in bed. Maybe because its just a one time thing.

"Meet her?" He asked confused.

"Mm-hmm! I want to know who has steal the heart of the great, almighty Thanos!" When I said that, Gamora and Nebula laughed. I was confused.

"What? What's so funny?" I asked. I raised my eyebrow in confusion but they just kept on laughing. Its nice to see them like that. I looked back at Thanos.

"What's so funny?" I asked him the same question but he just looked away from me and covered his face with his palm.

"You are very amusing, Akki. I'll introduce her to you very very soon. You'll be surprised what she looks like and how she's so dense."  Gamora said while laughing. 

"Is she from earth , too? She's a human?" I stood up and asked. 

"Yes, she is. You could say that but she's different from any other humans. Also, her body." Gamora said and looked at Thanos when she mentioned the mysterious girl's body. Thanos choked on what he was eating and Nebula laughed harder when she saw Thanos choked on his food at the comment.

"Is she that sexy? So Thanos has seen the girl naked?" I asked one more time and both Gamora and Nebula nodded and then laughed again.

"Wow, the more I hear about her, the more amazing she is. That's why Thanos fell in love with her. I wish I could be with someone like that." I said.

"Thanos finds her very pretty even though she's gullible. Even I admit that she's the prettiest girl I have ever seen. No lady can fight her with that face and body. Not even a goddess." Somehow when Ebony said that, I felt kind of intimidated. I looked at my body and I'm not even that good.

I mean sure I'm toned because I always swim in the lake behind my house but I don't think I have the curves and sure my breasts and buttocks are okay for a human. But comparing my body from Gamora, Nebula, and the girl they keep mentioning... I think I'm not even one percent that sexy and pretty.

I need coffee. 

"That's great. Speaking of earth, I miss making coffee in the morning and looking out on my porch." I said and sighed. 

"I want to see your house and how you and Thanos met." Nebula said and we all looked at Thanos who looks uncomfortable sitting in his big chair. He sighed loudly.

"Alright." He said and I grinned at him and touched his hand that was just resting on the table.

"Thank you." I whispered to him and I forgot he already has a lady, why did I touched his hand? I quickly took away my hand from him. If the mysterious girl was here, she will definetely be jealous. I guess I should avoid touching and sleeping with him from now on.

"Oh, sorry I touched your hand. If the girl was here, she will definitely be angry at me. I'll avoid touching you from now on." I avoided looking at him, it was awkward but somehow touching his skin makes me feel...comfortable. 

Gamora and Nebula stood up and started walking away.

"Wait! Aren't you guys coming?" I asked hurriedly before they left the somewhat huge dining hall. They looked back at me and then looked at each other and nodded together at the same time.

"I'm not a fan of earth." Nebula answered and so I turned to look to Gamora, waiting for an answer. 

"I'm busy." She said.

"Busy at what?" I asked again. I didn't really want to be alone with Thanos.

"Training." She replied and they quickly left before I could even begin to speak again. And so, I was left alone with Thanos. I didn't move or anything, I couldn't. When the two left, the huge dining hall got silent. 

After a few minutes, I couldn't bear with the silence that is filling across the hall.

"So, uhm, when do we leave?" I asked, my voice not that loud. I feel like I haven't asked a question like this since way, way  back then. 

"We can leave now." He responded and so I nodded at him. He stood up and so I stood up also. He created another portal and walked to it. I'm still not used to it but I gathered my courage and followed him to the other side.
