Chapter 13: My escort

"You don't have the faintest idea how much I waited for this, Akki." He whispered.

"Remove your shirt, Thanos." I said to him and while I was still hanging around him, he removed his armor one by one and then finally removed his shirt. I could see his biceps and muscles even more. I knew he had a rock body but this, this is incredibly hot. I touched his chest with my hands and roamed it around to the back of his neck.

"You took that off quickly." I said to him and he raised his left eyebrow and smirked at me which made me feel even hotter.

"I had an inspiration." He replied back. He leaned in slowly to kiss me again but just when he was about to do that, someone opened the door without knocking.

"Sire-" I saw Maw standing there while his jaw was wide open. At his back was Gamora, Nebula, and my personal maid who I saved just a while ago. I could tell from their faces that they're shock. I mean, who wouldn't? Seeing their king's bare back and me in front of him who only had pants on but thank god his back was covering my entire body except for my face.

Thanos glanced over his right shoulder and saw his daughters' and Maw's faces. He returned his gaze back at me and slowly put me down, his body was still covering mine. I took a peek from Thanos's arm when he reached for a blanket and all of them was looking around the room and fair enough they saw my shirt, bra, Thanos's armor and shirt across the room. When Thanos reached the blanket, he placed it on my shoulders and covered me. He touched my cheek and smiled at me before turning his back towards me.

"Father, um. We were..." Gamora couldn't find the words to tell Thanos the reason why they opened the door without knocking. Maw, who was still surprised, didn't say anything.

"We were worried for my lady, my lord." My personal maid continued for Gamora, she was still scared but mostly shocked. I started to walked around the room to grabbed my clothes and put it on. After that, I then moved closer to the door, their eyes were all on me.

"Thanos." I called out to him and he turned his attention to me, actually, all of their attention was now on me.

"It was a simple mistake, they were just worried that you might had done something to me. Which you did but it wasn't horrible." At the end of my sentence, I blushed and just hid my face with my palm.

"I mean, they thought you were doing a punishment on me." I tried to explained but it got even worse. Great, now they think I have a kink for punishments.

"This was a mistake. I need to leave." I said to myself, however, I know they heard me and I was about to move another foot when I remembered Thanos said that I won't be able to leave the room unless I'm either with him or someone from the black order.

"Maw, can you escort me somewhere?" I asked him and he was quite surprised but not as surprised seeing his master with his bare back with me up against a wall.

"If Lord Thanos approves?" He looked at Thanos, waiting for a reply. A permission. Goddamn squidward, you could have just said yes.

"I'll escort her myself, all of you may leave." He said and they hesitated at first to leave but eventually, they did. But I can't be alone with Thanos right now. What was I thinking? This isn't right.

"Rhea." I called out my maid's name and she looked back at me. I turned my back on Thanos and mouthed, don't leave me.

"Didn't you said that I have an appointment with that guy?" I was making something up and hopefully she'll go with it. She nodded carefully. That's right, Rhea, don't leave me behind.

"Yes, my lady. He mentioned to see you alone, apparently." She answered and I turned back my gaze to Thanos and waited for his reply. Good thing Rhea knows how to make something up.
