12th January 2016,
After I had finished the small role, I had focused on getting different parts and putting myself out there more, this had led me on to book different roles and I had actually managed to book a few major ones, it also helped me build my acting range. Although let's not forget, I did get turned down a couple times as well but that was to be expected. Wasn't it?
I was about to go to bed when all of a sudden I received a seemingly important text, "Hello Hailey, do you remember when you auditioned for Dark Shadows and got turned down? Well I have got you a similar audition, they want to give you another chance, the audition is for the movie Alice through the looking glass." David exclaimed. Hearing those words I was immediately filled with a wave of excitement I'm a much better and more experienced actress now so could it be possible to get the role I really hoped so! "That's amazing, I can't wait to audition!" I replied
The next morning I woke up with so much excitement I just really hoped I was ready for this experience and a movie as famous as this. By lunch time David had contacted me with all the details of when and where the audition would be and it only just hit me that the same actors that were in Dark Shadows were going to be in this movie too. Such as Helena and Johnny although Eva Green wasn't going to be Anne Hathaway was! And to be honest I preferred Anne slightly anyway!
That night I went to bed with a bit of hope dreaming about what the future could bring and I knew it was going to be great.
