we sit there in silence, the world drowned out by the sound of your heartbeat
as you start drawing your last breath, your silent screams slowly started to die down
i look down at you and i meet with your eyes, that were desperately begging to close
i give you a weak smile to let you know that it was okay to close them
your beautiful face no longer troubled by the world's pain, but finally at peace in my arms.
i lay you down, goodbye.
