You opened yours eyes, expecting darkness but instead was greeted by bright blue light. After your eyes adjusted you realized you were in a land made of sand. The land was barren as far as your eye could see. The sky however...was a vibrant shade of blue illuminated by millions of stars. There were wisps of glowing clouds that seemed to congregate in the distance, forming one long strand of light.

You weren't sure why, but something compelled you to go to the light. It took some time to get there as it was difficult walking on sand but eventually you found the spot where the light was originating from. It was coming up out of the ground as if it were fire and the smoke was the one carrying the light into the sky. There was no heat coming from it though, so you knew it was merely light and not anything else.
As you continued to stare into it, you slowly began to realize that there was person inside of it. A young girl by the looks of it. You reach out to touch her but as soon as your hand entered the light, she disappeared.
"Hello [Y/n],"
"Huh?" You spun around at the voice, eyes widening at the sight of your own face. "N-Natasha?"
Your sister smiled and nodded "Hi [Y/n],"
"Oh my god!" You pulled her into a hug "Wait, how are you here? You're supposed to be-"
"Dead?" she finished "Yeah I am, but my spirit still resides here. It's the only place that we can talk to each other,"
A feeling of dread washed over you "Am I dead too?"
"Sort of," she answered, "You've hardened your body so you're still technically alive, but with your mind here, you aren't responsive,"
"Wait!" You began to panic "That means my friends will think I'm dead! I have to get back, Annie just transformed and I-"
Natasha placed her finger against your lip "It's okay [Y/n]. Time passes differently here. You'll be back in time, but first we have to talk,"
You nodded your head to show your understanding.
"[Y/n], how much do you know about titans?"
"I know they aren't here naturally, but rather created with a serum injected into a person's spine. That's how I became a titan,"
"That's one way to become one, but they were here before that. They were created by Ymir Fritz. She was the little girl you saw just now. She was the first person to obtain the power of the titans. When she died, her soul was split into ten titans each possessing a unique power. You've already know a few of them. The Colossal Titan, Armored Titan, Female Titan and the Attack Titan. The remaining titans; The Beast Titan, Cart Titan, Jaw Titan and War Hammer are currently in Marley. Then there's the Founding Titan, it's the one that can control all the others. It's location is currently unknown.
