Y/n's pov

I finished my coffee, I hadn't drank any since I left. The commission gave me one glass of water to last me the week, so gradually I was very grateful for this caffeine. The lady came back from around the corner and stood in front of the man.

"I got theirs." he told her, pointing to me and Five, then handing her some cash.

"T-Thank you" I said, a bit shocked by the sudden kindness.

"Thanks." Five told the guy, but because I was in between the two, he had to lean forward to see the man.

The guy nodded in response, and went back to reading the newspaper. I was happy that man paid because me and Five had no money. I grabbed my coffee mug along with Five's, and stood up to walk to the kitchen door. I pushed it open with my foot slowly, and walked in.

"Hey, you can't be here!" The lady yelled at me. I read her name tag and saw it said Agnes. Her sudden shout made me flinch, and I accidentally dropped the mugs. I moved my hands that were shielding my face, and looked down at the shattered glass.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean too."

"Its okay dear, but why were you in here?" Agnes asked me after she cooled down.

"I-I saw that the mugs were dirty, and I just- I'll clean it." I assured her, although she refused.

"I can clean this up, have a good day." She insisted while pulling out a broom. I nodded and walked out of the kitchen, looking a little more shaken then when I went in there.

Five was now sitting directly beside the man, and they seemed to be having a bit of small talk. So I sat two chairs to Five's right as to not interrupt. I wanted to just go home and curl up in a corner, But I knew I had to stay with Five. I put my head in my hands, and just thought about life.

"Thanks." Five told the man as he stood up and grabbed his belongings.

"No worries." He said before nodding and walking out the door.

Third person pov

Once the man walked out of the door Five looked down at the address the man had written down on a napkin, then turned to see y/n fidgeting with her hair.

She looked at Five and shook her head,"Its nothing." She told him, knowing he was gonna ask what was wrong.

Five immediately stood up and was ready to march into the kitchen.

"No, she didn't do anything." Y/n informed him, grabbing his arm.

Five sat back down, but before he could do anything the bell jingled, indicating someone had walked in.

Out of instinct y/n whipped her head to look at who walked in. She then saw the very people she wished to never see again, people from the commission.

Y/n sprang from her seat, and into the one beside Number Five.

"Five, these people, they will hurt you, come on we gotta go, Five please." She whispered to him trying to pull him with her. Five didnt budge. But slightly turned his head to the side when he heard the cocking of a gun.

A tall man in all black fabric stood behind the boy, with a gun to his head.

The girl turned her head to look forward, she couldn't let them notice her. But unlucky for her someone already did.

"That's unfortunate, I thought I'd have more time before you found me." Five told the men, still looking forward.

"Let's be professional about this, yeah?" The man with the gun said, pushing so it was flush against Five's brown hair.
