This is one of Ella's most personal songs and almost didn't make it into the final album because of how personal and raw it actually is but she wanted her first album to be as intimate as possible and didn't hold back displaying her feelings in this song. This song is a dig at the public who judge her without knowing what's actually going on but also for fans as well who idolize her, calling her perfect when she isn't. She wants people to remember that she is human just like everyone else who has good days and bad days, her ups and downs, etc. and who is anything but perfect.
