The lava drawed back to show Callahan standing there staring back at Dream. Dream didn't want Callahan to come visit him at all. He wished he wouldn't see him here. Sam let out the bridge and Callahan stepped on it. The netherite came up and blocked Dream from getting on that bridge. Dream didn't want to him to come over.
Callahan stepped onto the obsidian and watched as the bridge got pulled back. The lava came back down, only to keep Callahan and Dream in that room alone. Dream just wanted to disappear, away from reality. Away from Callahan's gaze of disappointment.
Dream looked back over at Callahan, who began to sign at him.
"You promised." He signed.
"I know."
Dream looked down at the ground and tears started to roll down his face. He wished for everything to leave him alone. Why couldn't everything just go away? Dream just didn't want Callahan to look at him like this.
