Chapter 5:~Nightmares~

~Later that night~

~Alicante~

Alvina sat in her room in the infirmary. The shadowhunters had locked her up because they're are afraid she would escape at night.
Technically, she would if she got the chance.
Right now, she felt like one of The claves prisoners even though she was The Queen of The shadow world, The Shadowhunters and The realm of the dead.
And having Magnus Bane trying to take care of her didn't make it better.
Catarina had served her dinner 2 hours ago.
She looked at her clock on the wall.
Almost 8 P.M.
Catarina had told her to at least try to go to sleep at 8. It would help her memories return.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.

"Come in,"She answered slowly.
And Alec entered her room,
"The Alicante institute is closing for tonight. Catarina wanted me to check on you before we closed. You should go to sleep,"
And Alvina nodded. And Alec smiled at her weakly. And he went out of her infirmary room. And closed the iron door behind him and locked it.
And Alvina sighed and laid down in her bed and fell asleep.

~Some hours later~

(Alvina's nightmare)

Alvina woke up in a forest sitting against a tree. And she looked around. And a man in armour came riding with his sword against her on his white horse.
And he was about to struck her with the sword...
And she woke up and sat up quickly.
She went over to the door and tried to open it, but it was locked.
And she sighed and tried to fall asleep again,
when a voice interrupted her.
"It can not be easy being treated like a prisoner when you're their Queen,"A woman said.
Alvina sat up and saw a woman in dark dress sitting in the corner of her infirmary room cell.
"Who are you?," Alvina asked.
And the woman stood up,
"Some people call me The dark Queen. But I prefer Silvianna,"
And Alvina swallowed,"And what do you want with me?,"
Silvianna smiled wickedly,
"You have something inside of you that I want to destroy. And I will. Guards!,"
And two men grabbed Alvina.
Alvina tried to scream, but Silvianna used her magic to strangle her,
"Quiet, my dear. The fun has already just begun,"
And she opened a portal. And they disappeared.

~Next day~

Alec and the others arrived to The Alicante institute.
"So, let's begin with checking on our Queen,"Luke said.
And Magnus sighed,"She still doesn't remember us. But at least she begins to trust us,"
And Alec took out the keys to Alvina's room.
And they went through the corridors to Alvina's room in the infirmary.

Alec locked up the door. Izzy held Alvina's breakfast in her hands.
But when they entered, they became shocked.
The room was empty.
"By the angel,"Izzy whispered,
"Where is she?,"
And Jace looked at Alec with a serious look,
"You were the one who last visited her cell last night. Are you sure you locked the door completely?,"
Alec nodded,"Yes, I closed the door completely and locked it,"
Magnus sighed,"I can feel low magic energy in this room. Someone with magic has been here,"
"But Alvina isn't able to use her powers inside this cells walls. Someone must have entered from the outside,"Jace explained.
"You mean kidnapped her!?,"Clary asked worriedly.
Magnus felt his anger rise,
"Those men who tried to take her when we found her. Seems like this Dark Queen found a way to break through into Alvina's cell,"
Alec swallowed,"If The dark Queen is Alvina's worst enemy she has ever faced. It's only a time before The Dark Queen is going to kill her. Let's see what the cameras filmed,"

And they went out to the computer that controlled the security cameras.
And Alec took up the latest filmed from Alvina's cell.

They saw The dark Queen taking away Alvina with violence.
And Alec took up everything they knew about The Dark Queen,
"The Dark Queen is Alvina's rival. She's 120 years old. Which means she's 4 years older than Alvina.
It says Alvina and The dark Queen Silvianna has been rivals ever since Alvina was born because The dark Queen ruled the evil ones in The shadow world before Alvina took her rightful claim to The throne as Queen of The shadow-world and The realm of the dead. Which made Alvina more powerful than Silvianna,"Alec explained.
Magnus sighed,"Then it's clear The Dark Queen is going to kill her to take control over the Shadowworld,"
Alec turned to Magnus,
"Do you have something from Alvina we can track her with?,"
And Magnus sighed,"I still have her necklace. It's worth a try,"
And he took out Alvina's necklace he had given to her and used his magic on it,
"Let's go,"
