Chapter 12:~The unexpected betrayal~

Alec woke up in his and Magnus bed in their apartment in Alicante.
Magnus had already made breakfast,
"Good morning, my love. Time for breakfast. We have important things to do today,"
"What? It's Saturday. We are free,"Alec complained sleepily.
"That's exactly why we're gonna do important things today!,"Magnus said encouraging,
"So, time to rise and shine, pup,"
"Pup?,"Alec asked confused.
"Oh, Panda?,"Magnus questioned.
"No...," Alec shook his head.
"Okay,"Magnus replied.
And Alec looked at Magnus confused,
"Why are you dressed?,"
Magnus smiled,"I told you. Important things today. Come on, time for breakfast,"

~Alicante~

"I'm so happy to see you, Alec,"Maryse said as she hugged her son.
And then Magnus.
And suddenly, Luke came storming into the hall,
"Have any of you heard something from Alvina this morning?,"
Magnus shook his head,
"The last conversation I had with her was two days ago when she meet Richard's family for the first time. Why do you ask?,"
Luke sighed,"Richard's brother Cristian and his closest man Victor has raised up against him. Richard was forced to flee from The eastern Kingdom,"
"What about Alvina, Harmony, her ladies?,"Clary asked worriedly.
Luke shook his head,
"No one has seen her or Richard since Richard told her to escape,"
"She could be Cristian and Victor's prisoner by now!,"Izzy exclaimed.
And Magnus shook his head,
"I don't think so. Alvina wouldn't let they capture her that easily. She's an angel. If they go against her, they go against the accords and her laws. And the angels would have warned us by now if they had captured her,"
"We need to find her before they do,"Alec explained,
"I'll send massage to everyone Shadowhunter and Downworlder. We need to find our Queen before it's too late. Or Silvianna gets her,"

Alvina walked through the empty streets of Alicante with Harmony in a basket and her ladies behind her and James mother. Not knowing if her husband was captured, dead, or alive. And that scared her.

Alec and the others went out of the institute when they saw Alvina coming walking with her ladies, Harmony and James mother and half brother The warlock Robin.
And Magnus breathed out in relief.
And Alvina hurried over to her father and Magnus hugged her tightly,
"I'm so glad you're okay,"
And Alec sighed,
"We need to get you into the institute. You're not safe out here,"

~Some minutes later~

"We need to inform The clave of what happened,"Alec explained,
Technically, if they've captured Richard, they've captured The King of The shadow-world,"
And suddenly, Robin came into the room.
And Alvina looked up at him,
"What's wrong?,"
And Robin took a deep breath,
"Alvina, Lord Western and Cristian have executed Three Fairies from your Kingdom. Sofia's father is one of them,"
"This just getting into more bloodshed,"Alec sighed.
And Robin left the room.

"What do we do?,"Clary asked.
And Alvina's ambassador handed over a letter to Alvina,
"From The King, My Queen,"
And Magnus sighed,
"Open it,"
And Alvina opened the letter and read it for herself,

My dearest wife
Prepare yourself for bad news.
I'm Western's prisoner. They're planning to place Cristian on The throne.
Go back to The realm of dead and stay there.
Lord Western and Cristian can't enter without your permission.
Promise me, if something happens to me, if I'll never see you again.
Tell our child that love him.
Your beloved husband, Richard.

Alvina put down the letter.

"What did he say?,"Izzy asked.
"Western has him,"Alvina sighed.
"So what do we do now?,"Alec asked.
And Alvina sighed.

"How could they do this!?," Alvina exclaimed,
"A execution without a trail! What kind of justice is that!?,"
"It was a per-mental execution. There's nothing we can do about it,"James mother explained.
And Alvina turned to her,
"They've gone to far! Lord Western has gone to far! And now they have Richard!,"
"Alvina, we know you're upset now, but you need to calm down,"Luke explained.
And James mother sighed,
"Alvina, there's nothing we can do about it now. The important thing is that you protect your kingdom. You must protect your crown and your heirs at all costs,"
And Alvina looked shook her head,
"I tried to do differently!,"She exclaimed,
"I tried to do as Richard asked and make them all my friends! But now! I want them dead!,"
And Magnus and the others sighed.
"Alvina is right. They've breaking the accords. They kidnapped The King of The shadow-world. That's a big crime,"Alec explained.
And James mother sighed and tore a corner of the letter and handed it to Alvina,
"Tear of a corner, write their names on it in blood. Hit the job, keep it in the darkness,"
And Alvina went out into the dark night.
Magnus and the others behind her.

Alvina sat down on her knees at Lake Lynn. Magnus and the others just staring at her.

And Alvina took out a needle and stuck her finger on it and a three drops of her golden angel blood fell down on the corner from the letter.
And she began to write her victims names.
"Victor Western, earl of Western, I curse you,"Alvina pronounced,
"Cristian, Duke of The eastern, I curse you too,"
And she carefully unleashed her curse by burn the corner from the letter.
Magnus now understood that The whole Downworld where close to war with The eastern Kingdom's. And it was not good.
