*Y/N is at a Dance Convention in San Diego with her high school dance team*
(A big event where your dance team is taking a bunch of different classes and workshops)
Side note: you are very close with your dance team and your dance teacher.

Ms. James: Listen up ladies! You are all taking a contemporary dance class in room C13 at 10:30 so let's all head over there now.

All: Ok Ms. J.

You all walk into room C13. You start talking with some other people who are taking the class while you stretch. The person who is teaching the class comes in and introduces himself and his two assistants.

Jeremy: Hi everyone! My name is Jeremy and I will be teaching you a really fun contemporary combo today, so let's get started! First off I want to introduce my two wonderful assistants, who will be helping me demonstrate, Sarah and Liam!

Sarah and Liam: Hi!

Jeremy starts the music and you all start to warm up together and do some stretching. After everyone is warmed up, Jeremy starts teaching the dance. The dance is to the song "Waves" by Dean Lewis.
You are dancing near the front and you are having a lot of fun! You are really connecting to the music and dancing well.
After the class is over you walk over to your teacher and see that she is talking to a man that you don't recognize.

Ms. James: Oh hey Y/N. I was just about to come find you. This is Mr. Alan Cortez and he would like to talk to you about an opportunity to audition for a movie!

Y/N: Wow! Well it is very nice to meet you
Mr. Cortez. You shake his hand.

Mr. Cortez: Please, call me Alan :) So I am casting a new movie and we are looking for someone to play a dancer. I was watching you during the class and your emotional execution is amazing! I would love for you to come to an audition next week. Your teacher says you have an acting background as well, is that correct?

Y/N: That sounds amazing but I don't have a manager or headshots or anything. I have done acting in the passed but just in plays and one short film project when I was 13, so nothing like being in a movie.

Mr. Cortez: I am sure we can help you get some headshots and a resume put together and don't worry about not having a manager. You may not have much experience in films but just from watching you today I feel that you could be a great fit for this part.

Y/N: Well thank you very much! I would love to audition.

Mr. Cortez: Great!

You and Mr. Cortez and your teacher talk a bit longer(you exchange information and discuss specifics of the audition: location, time, clothing, etc.).
