this will be a x fem reader uhm not really sure what else to add here but it's my first story and lmk if there's anything that i should change or yk make better :))
When we had returned to base I saw Sage leave to go off and chat with Brim about the mission, Jett and Phoenix had already left to go get some food so it was just cypher and I left "So" I hear someone say with an accent "How are you settling in anything I can do to help?" I thought for a good second before responding " not that I can really think of right now thank you for asking though" with that cypher walks off to his room to work on his tech.
I wander off to the training room to work with a new weapon. As I'm browsing the selection I hear the door open " Cypher if you wanted to join me you could have asked" but instead of hearing Cyphers voice I hear one that is deeper and more husky "I am not Cypher but hello". Startled by someone new I turn around to see a man or so I think that resembled the shadowy figure Jett took out on the mission. Thinking back to what Sage said his name was I try and start a conversation "Omen is it?" No response. "Whatever" I thought. I went on to grab a gun called Vandal and walked out onto the course. I stood at the middle of the course as the dummy's started to spawn around me. I turned towards them missing some shots but not all, as the timer ran out I look over to see that the so called Omen had disappeared from the room "Weird".
After a couple more rounds I thought it might be good to call it a day. As I walked back to my room I stopped by the kitchen to grab myself a water and some strawberries, as I left the kitchen I heard a huff from behind me I turned around to find Omen staring at me then the strawberries. Without a word I set down half of them and walked off leaving him with his own thoughts. As I started to walk off I heard a small "Thank you" and I smiled to myself 'so they can be nice just- very closed off' I thought.
When I entered my room I saw my agent outfit sitting out on my bed "That looks nice" I smiled
