"Can you actually do something right for once in your life!?..."
"I said I'm sorry!...."
...
THE TRISKELION was as busy as ever. Workers continuously loading and working at their most high.
'We are in final launch sequence.'
'All personnel to launch stations.'
"....And how was your flight?" Pierce asked, internally uninterested as they made their way through the well built structure.
"Lovely." Hawley answered. "The ride from the airport, less so."
Pierce snickered. "Sadly, S.H.I.E.L.D. can't control everything."
"Including Captain America and The Shadow." A board member chimed in next to him causing Pierce to discreetly grit his teeth at the mention.
His thoughts all snapped away when a guard hands him a dark case. The contents of the item gave him a small fleet of hope. The last few days have been a struggle on his side, so today is the day he would love to embrace redemption.
"This facility is biometrically controlled, and these will give you unrestricted access." Pierce hands over a briefcase. It revealed four badges. Each council member gladly pinning it on the collar of their suits, making Pierce hide a triumphant smirk once attached.

IN THE PA OFFICE, Two workers were chit-chatting as they nonchalantly engaged in converse. "I've been parking there for two months." The first tech guy complained, tone of frustration.
"But it's his spot."
"So where's he been?"
"I think Afghanistan." The other tech guy answered before brining his attention back at his monitor. "Negative DT Six. The pattern is full- Well, he could've said something."
Their comms simultaneously went off as a High-Pitched feedback is all they heard. All wincing in pain from the annoying sound, gripping their ears from the sudden noise.
"Must be the dish."
"I'll check it out."
He slowly made his way to the exit, scanning his keycard, making a small beeping sound as he did so. When he turnt the knob, he startles, immediately placing his hands up in fear.
Sam, Hill aim their guns at the man while The Shadow and Captain America glare at him as they stood stern at the center.
"Sorry, for barging in." The Shadow nonchalantly announces. "You mind?"
The tech, not wanting to engage in a fight, raises his hands even farther as he stepped aside, allowing them to four to continue.
"I know the road hasn't exactly been smooth and some of you would have gladly kicked me out of the car along the way." Pierce jokes, a filled champagne glass on his hand as the countdown for the insight launch flashes on the screen behind him. He turns to it, admiring his work, licking the inside of his cheek to hold in his proud and disgusting smile. "Finally, we're here. And the world should be grateful."
