Mikasa X Eren: An Unknown Love

Together Forever

Mikasa POV

‘Let’s go on another ride!’ I asked the others. They were all sitting down slouching on each other. Petra had her head on Levi’s shoulder. Annie and Armin were sitting down on the bench with their head slumped down. Eren was grinning but I could tell he was exhausted from the roller coaster rides.

‘I’ll go with you.’ Historia said, I wanted to go but I knew Eren wouldn’t come that way. I shook my head then Historia looked around if anyone wanted to go.

Ymir stood up then approached Historia, ‘I don’t want to stick around with the lovey dovey couples, let’s go.’ Historia nodded then Ymir and Historia headed off together. I thought if there were any other rides we could go on together, but none came to mind.

Eren saw me thinking deeply about what we could go on then he said ‘How about the ferris wheel?’ I smiled at him then jumped up and down with excitement. The others seemed up to it then decided to go on as well. As we queued up together for the ferris wheel an announcement said that they were shutting soon, so whatever ride we were queuing for would be our last. ‘Luck we were close to the ride.’

At the end of the day I couldn’t get to be alone with Eren. I wanted to spend some time alone with him, not that I hated the others company, I just wanted to have him to myself for a while.  As we boarded the carts Eren turned around and said, ‘You guys get your own cart, I’m getting this one alone with Mikasa.’

Everyone smirked then Armin said ‘Good, I wanted to get in one alone with Annie.’ I smiled then got into the cart, alone, with Eren.

As the ferris wheel rose I looked out into the distance at the theme park. It was beautiful, the lights made it look so pretty. Eren sat opposite me staring at me intensely and whispered ‘I’ve wanted to be alone with you for a while.’ I continued looking at him without saying anything then he leaned over from opposite me. His face was so close that I could feel his breath on my cheek. My hands were gripping the chair, I was nervous. Yet I still wanted this.

Suddenly the ferris wheel jolting Eren forward towards me. His lips were on my and everything went silent. I was kissing him. Moving my hands from the chair I wrapped my arms around his neck, moving him even closer towards me. I’d never kissed before and I had no idea to kiss, but it just came naturally. Eren put his hands in the rail behind me so he had something to lean on. After a while he leaned back slightly, but our foreheads were still pressed against each other.

Eren whispered into my ear ‘I love you.’ I stared at him then softly grinned at him.

Pressing my hand against his cheek I replied to him ‘I love you too. Tell me Eren, let’s be together, forever.’

Eren grabbed my hand then gently kissed it, ‘Together, forever.’
