'I'm finally going to be FREE!! WHY can't he just be HAPPY FOR ME!?'

I looked down and started to feel guilt.

'Whatever! Some brother he is!'

My thoughts were interrupted by Amethyst running inside to see what happened.

"What happened!? Where did he go!?" She sounded worried.

I didn't answer. I just squinted my face and looked at the ground, thinking about what had just happened.

"ATHUSA ANSWER ME!!"

"HE WAS UPSET!" I snap at her, I sigh. "He was mad that I was leaving him so he ran off..."

"Athusa, I think we should leave..."

Still no response.

"ATHUSA! I'm serious!!! For all you know he could be letting your parents know you're here! We have to go!"

My eyes widen. 'He wouldn't....would he?'

I snap out of my thoughts and nod my head in agreement. We leave the house and start heading towards the forest. I start hearing wing beats and my heart stops.

I hear Amethyst scream and I turn around. It was my parents!! And they had Amethyst!
