The Return

asta , yami and noelle are discussing plans with a few mages before they leave until a certain woman walks up to them

"oh nero!" asta says bur nero brings asta into a hug before he could react and doesn't know how to react, especially with noelle staring at him with hate in her eyes , making asta shiver

"sorry for that, i just wanted to say thank you for what you've done, bur i aslo came to say i'm coming with you" nero says before being cut off

"i don't think so" yami says "can you even defend yourself?" he asks

"of course i can, i was a magic knight afte all" she says before relizing what she said

"a knigh?" they all question her

"long story, but i can use magic" she says as asta comes up with an idea

"okay, i'll have to test you then" he smiles as they all look at him , he opens a portal a open space about a mile from where the mages met up

"DEMON DESTRUCTION" he yells as the sword comes out to him and he backs up, he coats the sword with a layer of mana before swinging it and letting loose a huge slash of magic

SEALING MAGIC - INVERSE RELEASE

the magic disappeared into thin air as they all have their answer now

"okay come on" yami says as nero turns back into a bird and sets on astas head

"no no no no no" noelle says finally having it

she sprays nero with water while aslo hitting asta in the progress as nero transforms back into a human and argues with noelle about being able to sit on astas hit

eventually nero sits on noelles shoulder to her annoyance. they all regroup and make their way to the base of the eye of the midnight sun

"licht we have to act now, we must bring back our power already! we can with the stones we have now and we'll lure the others here!" rhya says to a unstable licht

ever since the fight with the wizard king , the loss of half his most powerful men and the loss of vetto, licht has been going more and more off the deep end , and becoming unstable and a struggling willam in his mind doesn't help the matter

"SHUT UP!" licht says to rhya as he backs up

"we need that stone for a full reincarnation, if we don't then it'll be pointless." he says as he looks toward a man held in a giant pod as he goes to put his hand on it

"soon master, this is all for you"

asta and the group finally reach the area, they see giant floating rocks

"i was wondering when you'd show up" rhya walks out of the fortress and sees the group

"we expected you to arrive after taking the last of the stones" he smiles as he knows the final stone will he within his grasp soon

COPY MAGIC - INFINITY SWORD

rhya takes out a sword made of pure light , as yuno as about to step out , a hand is put on his chest as someone makes their way to rhya

"ASTA" rhya yells as asta takes out his demon destruction sword as they finally approach each other and stop a couple feet away

"everyone go on from here, this ones mine" he says as he's already transforming into his half demon mode and everyone goes ahead according to the plan except noelle, nero and yami who stay behind as they were spilt into groups to make the assault fast and easy

"stay out of the fight" asta says as the others back up and they get ready to dual

"those swords, i'll reclaim them for the leader." rhya says as nero on noelles shoulder sees what astas grimore is and understands what he means
