In the story My loveable demon By Spiral. Good is dead he died a few years ish before the book took place.
Now I have a theory about this. My theory is that Nightmare some how lead Good to his demise or caused it. "It hurt Clay to know a boy he used to call his best friend now avoided him like the plague. Maybe if the accident never happened, he would still have his friends." This shows that the reason why the three or four of them split up is because Nightmare/Clay did something, this being the accident and you telling me I quoted the accident that it inspired you to write this. The accident is told with something bad happening and since there is proof pointing to Nightmare who had it happened to, leads to me thinking that Nightmare killed good or somehow lead him to his death.
He also hated that they weren't a team anymore. He may have pushed good over the edge because of the line "Fear for their lives hanging from a thin string." I don't really believe that it's just a guess.
Also the fact that Geo knows how it went down and then the group breaking up further backs up the point that one of them caused it. Nightmare statting that he wishes it didn't happen makes me the think HE caused it.
This is all just a guess Spiral at anytime can disprove me and I would not mind. If you have your theories let me know.
