Quackity and shclatt are brothers and princes of the skywing kingdom. Shclatt is jealous that his mom and brother are getting all of the attention because his brother is an animus. The skywing queen gets told but her nightwing friend that she will die. The queen leaves a note for quackity and hides it and gets killed by shclatt using a dagger/knife. Years later quackity finds the note and visits the nightwing kingdom to talk to nightwing friend. They get puffy and foolish on board with the plan (and maybe some others) and take eggs from the kingdoms,

Rainwing egg: dream
Skywing egg: sapnap, fire scales
Tubbo is a hivewing leafwing who is found later on who is being kidnapped by schlatt.
quackity: peach skywing with animus
schlatt; orange/classic skywing colors most likely with ram horns lots of jewelry he forced his brother to make for him so he is more or less unkillable but not really
Karl is a rainwing who is found later on being saved from schlatt.
Ranboo is a nightwing icewing who tags along with nightwing friend when she goes to take a nightwing egg.
Schlatt is killed by quackity and quackity becomes king.
