(Life is hard and I just wanna sleep all the time. COVID hit my family and I couldn't do anything about it. School hurts. I've been mostly grounded and got SUMMER SCHOOL!! I'm gonna die)

When the curtain closed I looked at the picture dispenser and watched the pictures fall. I laughed at them as I heard angry grunts. Suddenly the curtain flew open and the man stomped out and walked away. While Barranco came spinning out. "How was it? "

"Wouldn't you like to know, human. Why don't you just go home I don't need your help. "

I just shook my head. While I was walking away I heard Barranco try and get on the chair again. He doesn't have to be so mean.

I leaned against a wall in a low light hallway. Sighing while looking out into the mall. Pulling the hood up as I sit on the floor. I pulled out my phone scrolling through (f/app) [favorite app] with my knees to my chest. After a while I dozed off.

"Hey.........Hey............ "

"GET UP NERD!!! "

I woke up startled by the yell. I looked over and saw Barranco with his ears hanging low. "What happened to you. "

"I was chased by that evil dog. Why are YOU sleeping in an ugly dark hallway. I thought I told you to head home. "

I scoffed at him and snarled back,
"I would head home if I had one, your majesty. "

All he did was stare at me in shock then got a sad look in his eyes. He rubbed is arm softly, he seemed.... Upset.

"Thats funny cause....I don't have a home either. " He said quietly

All I did was stare at him. Then I hugged Barranco. He didn't really move, but flinched a bit. I guess this means we both don't have a home to go to then.

"I guess we are both homeless then, huh? " I said softly

"Then what if we just worked together and found a place. A place to do what we want without spending your ugly green leaves" Barranco replied

"Yea, that seems like a great idea. " I said with a chuckle

I released him from the hug and smiled at him. All he did was blush lightly. Weird but ok. I guess we will work together. It might be hard and tough, but we'll still have each other. No matter what happens.
