in my room bored out of my mind scrolling endlessly on Tiktok and im starting to lose it
i throw my phone on my bed as i get up and go downstairs in my grey zip up hoodie
"MOM IM GOING TO KAIDOU'S HOUSE OKAY? I'LL BE BACK AT 12 LOVE U" i shout from downstairs hoping your mom will hear me
you rush out the house and flinch at a soft meowing sound coming from ur driveway. you squat and look down to see a tiny white kitten hardly standing on their legs meowing loudly for food
"oh no..come here" you mutter as you pick up the small creature and walk as quickly as you can to kaidou's house
mhm i dont think his mom's at home by the loud ass hyperpop blasting from his room so i'm just going to go in from the front door.. oh shi.. hi mrs shun! nice to meet you , as you can see i..uhm went to kai's house to get some food for this kitt-" i try to spit out as many reasonable reasons to my boyfriend's mom as to why i'm at his house at 10:30pm
"hii dear its okay you're the one studying with kaidou right?" she says crossing her arms with a smile

"oh well come in! i'll get you some food for the kitten" she says taking the kitten gently from my hands
"..ahh i just wanted to see kai now im about to have a whole convo with his mom" i think
few minutes later ~~~
"oh i should get going now mrs kaidou! thank you so much for taking care of the kitten again!" i say looking at their clock in the living room
"oh ofc don't you want to see kaidou? im sure thats why u came here " mrs kaidou says
"THANK YOU SO MUCH I'LL GET GOING AFTER I SAY HI TO HIM"
you run upstairs without a second sentence to his room with the white kitten in your hands and open his door only to see him sleeping like a log next to his three stuffed animals
"dang it he's asleep"
i walk slowly to him to make sure he doesn't wake up and place the kitten on top of his blanket as a cute gesture
you watch him sleep for a second then realise how creepy it looks and kisses his cheek as you leave the room and head home
kaidou's pov
OH SHIT THATS PROBABLY MY MOM
i drop your phone quickly and fake sleep only to hear a familiar sound muttering
"dang it he's asleep"
