It was brought to my attention that I didn't include many tips for MtF people in my previous chapter on dealing with gender dysphoria, so here are some tips!!!

1) Wear makeup

Not all cis girls like makeup, and not all trans girls do either, but it can really help. You can wear it in two ways:

• Using it in a visible way, such as eyeshadow or lipstick

• Using it in a less visible way to make your face look more feminine.

2) Shave body hair

Women usually have less body hair than men, so shaving it can make it better.

3) Talk in a higher pitched voice

Women generally have higher-pitched voices than men, and training your voice to speak in a more feminine way is a great way to pass. There are lots of tutorials for this on YouTube.

4) Grow your hair

Growing your hair out is a big sign that you're trans. You can feel really euphoric and just amazing.

5) Clothes

Wear clothes that make you feel good. This could be a dress, or shorts, a nice t-shirt, or anything.

6) Earrings

Wearing earrings is a thing that most girls do. You can either pierce your ears, or buy clip-on earrings. Clip-on earrings do get uncomfortable after a while.

7) Exercise

As a general rule, women gain muscle less easily than men. A good thing you can do is to do exercise that makes you lean instead of toned. I'm not saying that you have to be skinny at all, but, if you do do exercise, choose which type you do. Swimming is a good example of this.

8) Accessories

Women usually wear more accessories than men. You could wear a more feminine watch, or carry a purse with you, or wear jewellery. Whatever makes you feel good.

I hope this chapter helped!!!
