Writing Prompt: "Stop staring"

Mate I'm sorry, your t h i r t y requests are probably going to take a while. Not that I mind though!

"...and Y/N, today you'll be with Seungmin."  Your head shot up at that. What?  Your teacher gave you a smirk and a wink. Oh my god he knows. Of course your teacher knew about your huge crush on the classes most popular boy, Kim Seungmin. Almost everyone knew, I mean, you made it painfully obvious. Unfortunately for you, Seungmin was not an exception to this. He, as well as everyone else, knew of your crush. Although he never said anything. He'd catch you looking at him from a crossed the room, and he'd chuckle when he'd see you look away as if nothing happened. You didn't know it, but the boy you thought didn't want anything to do with you, started to become more fond of you with each passing day. 

"Okay class that's it for today! Don't forget to meet up with your partners this weekend, the project is due on Monday."

The entire class let out a sigh. Monday? Seriously? You got up out of your seat and began to make your way towards the classroom door. Before being stopped buy just the person you were thinking about.

"Hey Y/N, how are you doing?" Seungmin asked flashing you his eye smile, making your heart explode in the process.

"I'm doing fine, what about yourself?" 

"I'm good, I'm good. So since we're partners for this assignment, do you think I could maybe get your number? S-so we can decide a date to start working of course." Seungmin rubbed the back of his neck slightly embarrassed.

"Oh, yeah, sure." Seungmin handed you his phone and you entered your contact info.

"Great! I'll text you when I get home then, alright?"

"Y-yeah that's fine." You chucked nervously. Seungmin nodded at you and exited the class.

Your phone lit up wit a texted from an unknown number, as expected, it was Seungmin.

Heyyy Y/N! Its Seungmin from class! Iwas thinking we could meet up tomorrow at my place, if that's okay! (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ 

Good lord how could he be so cute even over text? You took a moment to think of a good reply.

Alright that sounds great! I'll bring the materials! See you then (◠‿◠✿)

You set your phone down beside your bed and tried to fall asleep. It was quite difficult due to the large amount of thoughts going through your mind. Finally after making yourself panic for long enough you dozed off.

~~~~~~~~~~~Time skip pt. 2~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You woke up fairly early in the morning, you needed a good hour and a half to get ready and make sure you looked at least half decent. *Enter whatever hair/clothes/makeup you want cause I'm lazy* You looked at yourself in the mirror one last time.

"I mean could be worse right?"

You grabbed the bag of materials you and Seungmin needed for the project and headed out the door.

Once you arrived at Seungmin's place, you knocked on the door (as most people do) and awaited a response. Within a few minutes the door opened

"Ah Hi Y/N! Come in." You walked inside his home and he lead you into the kitchen. You Looked around at the neatly decorated room, which smelled mildly of vanilla extract. 

"Shall we get to work?" Seungmin asked sitting at the table, pulling out a chair for you to sit on beside him.

"Yeah let's get to it." You set the bag of materials on the table. Seungmin and yourself began to dig out everything you needed. 

Seungmin was working on a particular part of the project that required his full concentration. While he was working you took a moment to scan over his features, admiring his good looks. You hadn't even noticed that Seungmin had stopped what he was doing.

"Hey Y/N?" You snapped out of your trance and brought yourself back to reality. 

"Uhh Yeah?" You nervously chuckled hoping you didn't get caught.

"Stop staring." Seungmin paused for a second. "You're gonna make my heart explode." The last part of Seungmin's sentence was a bit more mumbled then the first but you still understood what he said.

"I wasn't staring but okay" You tried deny his accusation but he wasn't having it. You looked in the  opposite direction mentally cursing at yourself for letting your imagination get the better of you. Seungmin let out a sigh.

"You know what, screw it." Seungmin put down what he was working with and turned to face you.

"Y/N, I can't believe you haven't caught on to it yet, but I'm rather fond of you, and I have been for quite awhile. I didn't know how to tell you, so I just stayed quiet for a long time, and I regret it. So I'm telling you now. Y/N, I love you." 

Hehehe cliffhanger? Kinda? Anyway this is my first request in this book so I hope it was at least half okay. @hyunjinie06 I hope you enjoyed!
