After Azziz was dragged out of the room, Eliyas and I were left inside along with the guards and.. with the silence.

The air became so heavy and tight around Eliyas and I that the guards who stood like statues all around the place did not dare utter a word, in fact, we were long pass the duration we were allowed to stay inside that room, but like i said, no one dared to say a thing.

As for me, I was just calmly sitting on my chair and thinking about this one thing:

"Now, how should i react to what I've just heard? "

You see, not only I found out I was actually fooled again by Lydia who seems pretty much in love with making fun of me whenever she gets the chance to do that, I discovered as well that my current husband is probably the reason behind my separation from my previous boyfriend, which would make me double fooled in some sense.

Being the person that I am, meaning someone who is not the definition of being emotional, calmly turned to look at Eliyas who was still standing behind me and I just sighed when noticing he was already looking at me with a pale face, my decision was made instantly: I will not overreact, the man is already on the verge of forgetting how to breathe.

I've already mentioned before how this man, the devilish Eliyas Filladi, is very much into his wife, namely me, and how I've always been his weakness point. I don't know how much he loves me, but it's very deep, so deep that the idea of me getting mad at him because of what I've just heard must have been very tormenting to him and making his face turn even paler with every passing moment.

Since I didn't want my husband to have a stress induced heart attack in front of my eyes, I decided to be merciful with him and finally asked:

_"are the words I've just heard correct? Meaning that you toyed Azziz when he was with me?"

He nodded.

I sighed again, then calmly added:

_"were you in anyway the reason behind our separation?"

He took a deep breath, then he inspected our surrounding and said:

_" this isn't the right place to discuss this matter."

I nodded slowly, stood up from my chair, then said to him:

_" let's get out of here then."

I immediately started walking out of the room the moment I said these words, there was no particular reason why I was walking rather fast out of that place, my feet just took the lead and they idly decided to be energetic and walk fast, but my husband was clearly in a very emotional state and he interpreted my feet's sudden enthusiasm as me walking away from him and leaving him behind. While I was peacefully walking he called my name in a rather dramatic way:

_"Noursine!"

When I turned to look at him again, he was far worse on the scale of being pale, I was actually starting to feel worried about him, but before I even asked him if he was doing ok he quickly walked the small distance that separated us and while doing that he coldly ordered me:

_" stay by my side, don't walk alone."

Then without giving me any time, he immediately held my hand with his the moment he stood beside me, entwined his fingers in mine and started walking out with me.

Well practically, from the point of view of the guards standing there, Eliyas Filladi was just dragging a very confused and very blushed wife behind him.

You see, the reason why I was in such shy and surprised state is because the times in which Eliyas and I held hands are very rare, actually, the times he held my hand in public were almost all very unexpected and embarrassing!
