Chapter 12

Draco's Pov:

I'm glad that I finally got Y/n to come to her senses. She couldn't even try and lie about not liking me. I think I'm really falling for this girl. Wait a minute. What is this girl doing to me? 'Falling for her' I have never fallen in love with anyone. She's doing something to me, making me softer. Sirius Black wants me  to stay away from her? Of course he does! Sirius is my mother's cousin and is also Y/n's adoptive father. Well, this is weird. I'm basically dating my cousins daughter. They arnt biological so it's not that weird.

Y/n's Pov

It is a bit weird seeming as my adoptive father is one of Draco's relatives but he's not my biological father so it's not as weird.

"Hey, Y/n." Harry taps me on the shoulder and I sigh as I turn around to see him. "Look Y/n, I'm sure your not my biggest fan at the moment but please let me explain." He softly spoke.

"Okay, fine." I said.

"I know how much he hurt you and you are my sister after all. I also know how Malfoy can be and how spiteful he can be so I didn't want you to be around him because he would just break your heart. And when he did, I was of course very angry at him so I did what I did out of pure anger." He explained. I really didn't want to fall out with him since I've hardly known him and I would like to get to know him more.

"I'm sorry Harry, I was just upset and I shouldn't have acted out on you. Can we just be friends again and forget about this?" I asked smiling.

"Of course, I'm just glad we are friends again." He smiled.

"Anyways, I have class with Snape so I don't want to be late. I'll catch you later, bye." I say as I wave him goodbye.

Class cane and went as usual but it was pretty boring.

After class, I went back to the Gryffindor common room where I saw alot Hermione, Harry, Ginny and Ron sitting on the floor in a circle.

"Hey Y/n, do you want to come plsy truth or dare with us?" Hermione asked. I nodded and sat down inbetween Hermione and Harry.

"So, who is first?" Ginny asked.

"Harry, truth or dare?" Ron asked with a smirk.

"Truth." He answered rolling his eyes at Ron.

"Who do you fancy?" Ron laughed.

"I'm not saying that, I choose dare." Harry scoffed. "Okay, fine. I dare you to tell us who you fancy." Ron smirked as Harry rolled his eyes. He didn't answer but slowly slid his eyes over to  Ginny. We all stared at Harry looking at Ginny and once he noticed, he look looked down at the floor. We all opened our mouths in shock.

"Oh my- you like Ginny, don't you?" Hermione asked while starting to laugh. "You like my sister? Seriously?" Ron huffed as we all started laughing. Ginny looked embarrassed as she was speechless.

"Can we move on now?" Harry asked quietly, still embarrassed.

"Okay okay, calm down." Hermione laughed before continuing. "So, Y/n. Truth or dare?" She continued. I stuttered trying to get words out as I didn't really want it to be my turn yet.

"Truth." I sighed, hoping she doesn't ask me anything about Draco.

"Well, you have been acting strange lately so are you dating anyone?" She asked with a slight grin as I took a deep breath.

"Pfftt, what? Of course not!" I scoff while rolling my eyes. I look around the room slightly before seeing Draco hiding behind the door. I have him a what look as I shrug my shoulders at him. The others didn't notice him which is good.

"I'll be two minutes guys, I have to go- do something?" I say, questioning myself as I spoke. The others looked confused but they just nodded as I walked off.

I walked out of the common room to try and find Draco but I couldn't see him. I thought he had walked off until I felt someone pull me into an empty room. It was Draco. He suddenly pushed me onto the wall. "Oh? Liar." He smirked as I gave him an evil smile.
