Chapter 20

Time Lapse~2 weeks later

"Y/n, can I talk to you about something." Mattheo started.

"Yeah of course, what about?" I smiled at him.

The past week with him has been great! We get along really well and we havnt even had a single argument. It has been hard considering my break up with Draco but I'm slowly getting over it and Mattheo has helped me.

Mattheo sat down on a log and patted the log for me to come sit next to him. I sat down.

"I know you've probably suspected this-" He pauses and looks into my eyes. I gave him a go on look.

"But over the last month, I have fallen completely in love with you..." he continues as I am shocked. I didn't know what to say so I stayed silent.

"Now, obviously this was going to happen because your a godess. With that face and that hair. But even if you didn't have a nice face and even if you had absolutely no hair because of some bizarre medical reason." He continues as I laugh aswell as him.

"I'd still adore you. And I- I just wondered by any chance, you might share my feelings." He smiled.

"I feel the same way." I stated as I smiled at him. His smile grew bigger as he heard my words.

"T-thats great!" He stuttered, I could tell he was in shock. We didn't know what else to say so we just sat there and smiled.

Mattheos Pov:

I can't believe she feels the same way. It feels like a weight has just been lifted off my shoulders. We sat in silence as neither of us knew what to say until she ended the silence.

"Promise me this is forever." She looked into my eyes.

I was a bit confused but I got it pretty soon.

"I promise." I smiled as she smiled and looked at the floor.

Her smile made me smile. Her laugh makes me laugh. Her sadness makes me sad.

What was she doing to me?

Y/n's Pov:

We talked some more until night came.

The next few days passed and it was great, even though we were stuck in a forest. Mattheo is now my boyfriend and we are really happy together. Draco does not come into my mind anymore which I am glad about.

"Can you hear that?" I asked Mattheo worridly as I could hear faint footsteps.

"Stay back." He said pointing his wand out at the trees as I stood behind him. I held my wand out aswell as the footsteps became louder and louder.

"Harry?" I asked as the figure appeared infront of us. Two other people appeared along his side.

Hermione and Ron.

"Y/n, stay away from him!" Ron shouts at me while pointing his wand at Mattheo. I looked at Mattheo confused and he gave me a worrying look.

"Why? What are you all doing here?" I asked confused.

"Who is he, Y/n?" Harry asked.

"Mattheo, my boyfriend." I said confidently as Ron and Harry gave eachother a worrying look.

"You aren't safe, Y/n!" Ron stated as I gave a look of confusment.

I was very confused at this point, as I had no idea what was going on.

"Can someone please tell me what is going on!" I demanded.

"Mattheo over here is the son of Voldemort!" Harry shouted as I took a step back in shock.

This cannot be true!

What? No! Your crazy!" I shouted at them as Mattheo stayed silent. 

"Shut up, Potter!" Matthew shouted at Harry.

"Mattheo? Please dint tell me this is true, it can't be!" I shout at him.

"What! No! Of course not!" Mattheo answered back as I let out a sigh. I trust him and I've been with him for weeks, he couldn't have lied to me.

"Stupefy!" Harry shouted pointing his wand at Mattheo.  Mattheo managed to block the spell.

Woah! What do you think you are doing?" Mattheo shouted at Harry in rage.

"Guys, stop! Mattheo is not Voldemorts son. I'm going back to Hogwarts!" I shout to get their attention. They all turned to look at me and they stared at me.

I don't think Harry, Ron or Hermione wanted to argue so they nodded and turned around to leave, thinking that I was behind them.

"It's not safe for you at Hogwarts, Y/n." Mattheo grabs my arm before I walk.

"I know. I wish we could just stay here, just you and me." I signed as I was really falling for him.

Going to Hogwarts was the right decision as I can't keep hiding anymore.

"Then why don't we? I've got nothing to loose and I don't think you do either." He stated.

It's not a bad idea to stay with him. He is who he says he is and I don't care what Harry thinks because I have done alot of research. I have never heard of Voldemorts son or even that  Voldemort has any children.

"That doesn't sound too bad." I whispered but loud enough for him to hear.

"Y/n, come on!" I heard Harry shout.

"Alright, I'm in!" I turn back around to Mattheo . He smiled as I walked over to Harry.

"I'm sorry but I can't go back. I know your worried but trust me, Mattheo is not the son of Voldemort. I'm pretty sure you are just confused but I'll be okay, I'll come back soon. Once I've figured out what to do but right now it's just not safe." I explained to Harry as he sighed.

He slightly nodded and walked away without saying a word.
