He put his hand over hers to steady it as it held the pipette.
"Careful, just a drop."
Cassandra squeezed the pipette and a bead of blue liquid fell into the contain- the reaction was instantaneous as the liquid jellified.
"Good Job! So uh... why did you want to learn alchemy?" Varian asked.
"I... I wanted to spend some time with you."
"Oh..." He blushed. "You uh... you know you don't have to study alchemy to do that right? We could just... eat lunch together."
She looked down and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.
"Yeah, maybe."
