5. Going back

Narrators POV:

Its been three moons since blueberry confessed his love to nightmare. Blue mainly stays in the medicine den with cross, but every since hes been staying in the medicine den he has been feeling better, he even thinks that he can start hunting again. Blue has been happy staying with nightmare so much so that he almost forgot about his home in Thunderclan. However everyone in Thunderclan is really worried about blue especially Ink and Dream. Its early in the morning in Shadowclan blue and nightmare are in the medicine den sleeping together.

Blueberry's POV:

Its morning here in Shadowclan nightmare and I are resting together. Once I woke up I looked at nightmare and smiled. I was still happy that he loves me just like I love him. Nightmare is a very good cat, he is caring for me, he will check up on me during the day and bring me food. While i was looking at nightmare I nuzzled his head causing him to start to wake up. When he started to open his eyes he looked at me and smiled. "Morning blue" he said, I smiled and said, "Morning nightmare, sorry for waking you up." I apologized. Nightmare smiled gently and nuzzled me head saying, "Don't worry about it I need to start a morning patrol anyway." He said calmly. I smiled at him and kissed, he kissed back. After a few seconds we broke the kissed we were both blushing. Nightmare chuckled and started to get up. He started to walk to the entrance of the den, he looked back at me and smiled. Once he left I yawned so i decided to go back to sleep.

Nightmare's POV:

Once I left the medicine den I went to the warriors den and said, "everyone wake up I need some of you to go on patrol." They groaned but some of them got up. "Error, Dust, Horror I need you guys to go on morning patrol." I said, they nodded and started going towards the entrance of the camp. Once they left I decided to go back to see blue, I started heading to the medicine den. Once i got there I say blue sleeping 'so cute' I thought. I then started to yawn, I decided to sleep with blue a little bit more. I started making my way towards him quietly being careful to not wake him up. When got to him I slowly started sitting by him. Once I got on my stomach I rapped my tail around him and put my head on him back and I started to fall asleep.

*sometime later*

Blueberry's POV:

I started to wake up from my nap, once i was fully wake i felt something on my back. Panicking I looked on my back only to see it was nightmare. I sighed in relief, I started to gently nuzzle him. Once he started to wake up he looked at me and smiled. "Hey blue" he said yawning, I smiled at him saying, "hello nightmare, how did you sleep?" I asked. Nightmare smiled saying, "I slept good how about you?" He asked, I looked at him and said, "With you it was the best sleep I could ever have." Nightmare smiled and kissed me, I kissed back. After we broke the kissed I asked, "Hey nightmare when can I go back to hunting?" Nightmare frowned at that and said, "I don't think you should hunt right now after all your leg is injured." he said. I frowned and said, "But ever since I've been staying in the medicine den I've  been feeling much better and I think I can go back to hunting." I stated. Nightmare sighed and smiled gently, "Well if you think you can hunt again I suppose I can take you on a hunting patrol." I smiled happily and kissed nightmare again. "Thank you so much nightmare I love you so much!" I said, he smiled and chuckled. "can you stand?" Nightmare asked, I frowned slightly, "I don't known I haven't walked ever since I got these injuries." I stated, I looked at my legs and smiled, "I think I'll be able to walk after all I haven't felt much pain in them in a while." I stated. I started to get up wobbling a bit, but i felt no pain once so ever. "can you walk?" Nightmare asked, I looked at him then looked at the entrance of the medicine den, "I don't know but i'm going to try and walk out of the medicine den." I stated calmly. I then started to walk towards the entrance wobbling i few times but I still felt no pain. Once I got close to the entrance of the den the sun shot in my face. I flinched not being used to the sun since I've been in the den for a long time. Once my adjusted to the suns light I continued towards the entrance of the den. Once I got to the outside I saw cats every where I looked, I frowned remembering Thunderclan and my friends. Nightmare then began to stand by my side, he saw that I wasn't smiled, he asked, "Are you ok?" I looked at him  and said, "I'm just remembering everyone in Thunderclan." Nightmare frowned worriedly saying, "I'm sure their ok." I sighed, "Its not that its just I've been gone from Thunderclan for a while I'm sure that they are all worried about me." Nightmare smiled gently saying, "if you want to you can go back to thunderclan, after all I'm not holding you back from anything." I looked at him shocked, "But wont be lonely without me?" Nightmare chuckled gently saying, "yes I will be lonely without you but i want you be happy." I looked at him frowning, I then rubbed my head under his chin. I an idea then came into my head, i looked at nightmare smiling. he looked at my confused as to why i'm happy. "I got an idea!" I exclaimed, "how about I go back to Thunderclan BUT you and I can meet near thunderpath?" Nightmare looked away as if he was thinking, then looked back at me smiling, "alright I think that'll work out as long as we don't get caught." he said. I smiled and kissed him again. Nightmare smiled then started to lick my neck, I blush and giggled a little bit cause I was a bit ticklish on my neck. "Nightmare!" I said doing my best not to laugh, he looked at me and nuzzled my head chuckling. I glared at him playfully, Nightmare smiled and chuckled a bit saying, "now how about we go hunt?" he asked, I nodded. We then started to go to the entrance of the clan. After we left then I smelled a mouse and its sent was fresh and near by. I started to follow then sent with nightmare behind me. Once i spotted the mouse i crouched down into a hunting crouch. I started to slowly, when i got close enough to the mouse i unsheathed my claws and pounced at it, it started to hunt away but i caught it and bit it on its neck. once the mouse was dead I started to make my way back towards nightmare. He smiled at me saying, "Good job" I smiled and put the mouse on the ground, i started to licking the blood off my lips. Nightmare smiled at me, my ears went up hearing another mouse. I then started to make my way towards the mouse an pounced on it.

*After their hunting*

Blueberry's POV

Both nightmare and I have been hunting for a while, I got two mice and one squirrel nightmare caught a mouse and one squirrel. we were both happy with what we got, we then started to head back to the clan. Once we got back to the clan Dust and Horror started to run towards us. "where have two been we were worried. I saw nightmare roll his eyes he put his kill on the ground saying, "we were out hunting for some food for the clan." I could tell he was annoyed but i decided not to say anything, the two warriors nodded and headed in different direction, when they left we started to head towards the kill pile. we then put our kill on the kill pile. I look at nightmare nervously, "So..." i said, nightmare looked at me, "I suppose I should get back to Thunderclan..." I said not knowing of what to say. Nightmare frowned and sighed, "yes I suppose you should get back to Thunderclan..." he looked at me and said, "would you like it I came with you till the Thunderpath?" he asked, I smiled at him saying, "Yes I would love that." He smiled at me. W e then started to make our way to the Thunderpath. once we got to the side that was Thunderclans we stopped, I looked back at nightmare feeling bad that I have to leave him but I need to get back to everyone in Thunderclan. "Good bye nightmare." I said, he looked at me frowning, "Good bye blue I love you." I smiled at him and kissed him, "I love you to nightmare, don't worry remember that you and I can still meet each other here at Thunderpath." I said smiling at him he smiled back and kissed me, I kissed him back, After a few seconds we broke the kissed. I started heading back to Thunderclan looking back at nightmare one more time then continued to go to Thunderclan.

Nightmare's POV:

Blue started to go back to Thunderclan, he looked at me one more time then continued going. I wasn't very happy that i had to say good bye to him but I knew that his home was in Thunderclan not Shadowclan. However I am happy that get to see him here at the Thunderpath. I then started to head back to Shadowclan, I knew that I would need to explain to everyone as to why blue isn't with me any more but i really don't care about that, all i'm caring about is blue being safe and happy. Once I got back into the clan everyone was looking at me I sighed and started to head towards my den. Dust came up to me and asked, "why isn't blue with you?" I sighed and said, "Hes with his own clan now." he looked at me surprised but he didn't say anything more he just moved out of my way allowing me to go to my den. Once I got in there I laid on my nest and decided to rest for the night. I then laid my head on my nest and started to slowly fall asleep.

Blueberry's POV:

After I looked at nightmare one last time I started to head towards Thunderclan. Once I got near the Thunderclan border i saw some dirt, I then started to roll around in it to hide the Shadowclan sent on me. I then started to go through the Thunderclan border. When I got on the other side everyone look my direction. Once Ink and dream saw me they started to run towards me. I wasn't that surprised after all I have been got for a while. "Blue oh my gosh we are so happy that you are alive!" Dream said shedding tears of joy. "where have you been?!" Ink asked his voice filled with fear and sadness. I looked away trying to think of a lie, when I got one I said, "I was attacked by a badger, then some two legs found me me and took me to their nest but i'm fine don't worry" I said calmly. They nodded, "well i'm going to get some rest after all I am tired from my long journey." they smiled and nodded and stepped out of my path allowing me to go the warriors den once i got there I laid down on my nest. I then started to slowly fall asleep.
