Wandas pov

"Goodbye peter" I say as I get up from our bed where I've been lying with him for the last hour procrastinating going to school "I'll see you tonight at like 5 because we have that field trip today"

"Oh have fun" he says "I'd love to come too I actually kind of miss going to school"

I roll my eyes as I walk out of the room, of course he misses going to school he's actually good at the work

I walk into the kitchen and see everyone sitting around the kitchen table, Stephen stands up when he sees me and opens a portal to an alley near my school

"Thanks Stephen" I say with a laugh and grab my school bag from beside the island

"I'm guessing you were with my son that's why you're late for school" he says and I smile sheepishly

"You guess correct" I say and walk through the portal waving at everyone as I go

The bus is almost ready to leave, when I get on there's just two empty seats so I end up sitting next to Liz who I don't mind at all but I don't really know her

"So class this trip is about four hours away so it'll have to be over night" the teacher says and the whole bus starts murmuring excitedly but I just groan, I barely have any friends in this class and now I have to spend an overnight trip with them, who even agreed at the compound to let me stay overnight "you all do have permission slips signed by your parents or guardians so you are allowed stay"

During the bus ride the people around me start talking about before the blip which is a bit annoying since I did only join the school after the blip and can't input much

"Oh guys! Do you remember when I used to date peter?" Liz says "he still hasn't come back after the blip I hope he's ok"

"Peter Parker?" I ask and Liz nods

"Yeah how do you know him?" Liz asks looking at me surprised and I panic, how am I supposed to respond to that without giving up both our identities

"Oh I don't know I guess I just heard the name somewhere" I say and Liz nods "where do you think we're going?"

"I don't know but the only place I can think of in upstate New York it could be is avengers compound so I really hope it's there" Betty says excitedly and my heart drops, it better not be there

"I need to tell my boyfriend that we're staying overnight I just remembered" I say "I promised him I'd be home tonight"

"You live with your boyfriend" Brad asks me

"Oh no it's just that I said I'd go to his house" I say trying to cover that slip up

"Wait since when do you have a boyfriend" Liz says and grabs my hands excitedly

"I've actually been dating him since before the blip" I say blushing "he's really sweet"

"Aww that's so cute" Liz says and I smile taking out my phone to text peter
