Why, oh why did she love that Panda. If she didn't this never would have been an issue. She hated to admit it, she was jealous. She growled quietly as she watched Po talk to Song.
She shouldn't be mad. Po is just talking to someone. Its not like she was his girlfriend. Though she did want to be, she just couldn't confess her feelings. She was to scared of rejection, and the possible loss of her best friend. She was brought out of her thoughts by Song's laugh,"HAHA Po you're too much!" She said while playfully hitting him. Tigress growled a little louder, Song looked at her for a brief second, and then smirked. "Oh Po look at these muscles!" She said while rubbing his arms,"It really makes you look amazing!" She said while she smirked at Tigress for a brief second. "Thats it!" Tigress thought. "Po lets go, we have to patrol,"Aw dang oh well, see you later Song." Po said as he got up. Song glared at the smirking Tiger as they walked off.
They finished patrolling for the day, They were tired from fighting some bandits. On their way back Po said,"Hey Tigress do you mind if I see Song again tomorrow?" Tigress staggered a bit, nearly falling, thankfully he didn't see."Po you dont need my permission." She said after composing herself. "Oh ok well just thought I would check." She was about to question what he said, when Shifu called them from the top of the stairs,"How did the patrolling go you two." "It went find master, we fought fewer bandits today." Tigress replied while bowing. "Thats good to hear, I was just checking." As he was about to walk away Po spoke up,"Hey master!" "Yes Panda?" "I was wondering if I could have the day off tomorrow, I was planning on seeing someone." Tigress was slightly hoping he would say no but unfortunately he said,"well normally I would say no, but you two have been working hard lately so I will give the two of you tomorrow off." Tigress' heart sank. "Sweet!" Po said next to her. "Welp im going off to bed, see ya Ti." Po said while walking to the barracks. "Crap." Tigress thought to herself,"He is going to be with Song all day!" She knew Song was going to flirt with Po like she did this morning. And she couldn't stand the thought of Song taking Po away from her. So she needed to do something. She thought for a bit, and after a while she had came up with a plan.

Po was walking through the Valley joyfully, he was on his way to see on of his friends. He said Hi to everyone as he passed, before finally reaching his dad's noodle shop, where he saw Song waiting for him. She waved him over while smiling. He walked over and sat down at her table. "Hey Song, how is your day going?" She responded, saying,"Great now that you are here," she said with a little seductiveness."Po was going to question what she said, when his dad came over."Hey Po, how is my son doing, Wait who is your friend here?." He asked,"Dad this is my friend Song." He said while motioning towards her."Is she your girlfriend?" He asked,"No dad she is not." He looked over to Song seeing her looking up while smirking. "Song whats wrong?" He asked, she looked back at him and said,"Nothing is wrong, but I am a little hungry, Mr.Ping may I have the secret ingredient soup? Its my favorite." Po eyes lit up,"It your favorite too! Wow, dad can you get us a big bowl so we can share it?." Po asked,"No problem son I will be back." He said while walking off.

Tigress was a little ashamed of herself. This is technically stalking, but she couldn't lose Po to this Feline. She followed Po from the rooftops, as he walked around greeting everyone. And when he finally reached the noodle shop, she hid where she can watch without being seen.
She hid for a bit before peeking over the roof she was hiding on. She saw Po talking to Mr.Ping. She was able too make out what they were saying. "Who is your friend here?" He heard Mr.Ping say. She saw as Po introduced Song. She then heard Mr.Ping say,"Is she your girlfriend?" She couldn't help but let out a growl. The she saw song look up at her she quickly ducked a bit, she could see song smirking towards her, before getting called by Po. She peeked again watching them order their food. They started talking when Tigress saw Song form a mischievous grin. Song then said,"So Po how is it in the Jade Palace?" Po responded,"Its great I still can't believe I am friends with THE furious Five." "Thats good to hear, I guess the training there must be rough, from the scratches and bruises you have." Tigress could already see where this was going. "Yeah there my friends but they don't go easy on me when we spar." "Hmm who gave you the scratches?" Song asked. "Oh, that was Tigress. She doesn't go easy on me." Song smirked while saying,"She should take it easy on you, after all that is what a friend would do." Tigress wanted to run up and punch this cat, but then Po spoke up,"Nah she just wants me to be at my best, thats her way of making me stronger, I think her determination to help me grow, makes her a real friend." Tigress smiled, she then looked at Song, whos grin had died down."Hmm I guess your right, besides those scars make you look handsome." Po once again was going to question what she said before he was interrupted by his dad."Here you two go a big bowl of secret ingredient soup." He said while placing down the large bowl."thanks dad." Po said
They continued talking and eating all the while, Tigress watched in the background. Song then spoke up,"So Po I was wondering about your love life." Tigress' heart skipped a beat, she knew what was happening. "What do you mean?" Po said while eating some noodles. "Like are you currently seeing anyone?" She asked. Po swallowed his noodles and responded,"No im not, but there is someone I like." Tigress' ears perked up as she tried to lean in to hear better. But she messed up, she proceeded to slip and fall into the noodle shop, catching Po's attention. "Tigress?" He saw her still on the ground, he quickly stood up and walked over to her."hey are you ok?" He said while helping her up. "Yeah im fine. Thanks." She said while standing, she looked over to Song who looked annoyed,"Wait here." Po said as he walked over to Song. She saw Songs face drop as she looked at her. Po then walked back to her come on Tigress lets go back to the palace and have your head checked.
Tigress suddenly felt a little guilty, Though she hated Song, she seemed to make Po happy. It wasn't right of her to take his happiness away. She was silent as the walked back to the palace. They then made it to the barracks where Po took her to her room. He proceeded to check her head. After confirming it was fine, they sat there in silence for a bit before Po spoke up,"Tigress, I hope you dont mind me asking, but what were you doing there?" Tigress cringed, she saw the question coming from a mile away, yet she still wasn't prepared. "I had to watch you, I was worried Song would attack you." She lied. "Tigress I appreciate the concern, but I can protect myself, also Song isn't a thief anymore so there is no need to worry about her." "I understand that now. But..." Tigress bit her lip before continuing."How do you feel about her?" She asked. Po was caught off guard,"what?" He asked. She repeated herself,"Do you like her?" Po paused and then responded,"Yes" tigress was about to sigh before he continued,"as a friend." Tigress looked up at him,"Really?" She asked."Yeah I already have someone in mind anyway." Tigress, ears dropped,"oh" she said quietly. "May I ask who?" She said, if she was going to lose Po, she wanted to make sure it was to someone good. Po took a deep breath, and quickly pecked her on the cheek. Tigress froze. "Its you Ti." She stayed frozen, Po sat there for a bit before assuming she didnt feel the same way,"well... Im going to go, Im sorry that I said anything." He said while turning to leave. This brought tigress out of her daze, she quickly got up and said,"Wait!" And as Po turned around he was surprised by tigress kissing him.
He quickly got over his daze as he started kissing back. He wrapped his arms around her as she set her paws on his chest. They sat there kissing for a while before finally breaking apart, Po still held on to tigress as she rested her head on his chest. She listened to his heart beat as she smiled.
He loved her.
