(Random News): People are now questioning if the police are doing there job to protect people due to the mysterious group are doing it instead and due to the pictures send at the government officials this morning

(Random News): People selling drugs and kidnapping in the eagle union drops at 20% thanks to this mysterious group, people now are felling safer 

(Random News): Vice President (Random Name) is arrested due paying some men to assassinate the President at an event 10 hours ago this all happened due to the Mysterious group sent a recording to the police about the assassination that will took place and because of it the President is still alive the Group called themselves, The Eagles, an syndicate that wants to help people to stop evil people spreading corruption at the country, officials are now trying to communicate the Eagles leader, Ms. White and her right hand man, The Ripper.

(Random News): Crime rate at the Eagle union drops at 45% thanks to the Eagles and now the Government officials are now more focused on helping Azur lane to defeat the sirens

Now we see Six shipgirls walking at an random road in the city called NYC(New York City) and those are Enterprise, Bismarck, Javelin, Cleveland, Zuikaku, and lastly Prince of Wales wearing casual attire(imagine it) and then they head to and restaurant to eat for a while and then while they wait for there order a group of men(6 to be exact) goes near them and tries to harass them and since there riggings are at the Base they have fight bare handed and then

"Gentleman please respect the ladies here we don't want to draw attention here am I right?"

After this the Group of men turned around and saw a man wearing a grey coat with 5 men behind him and then one of them said 

"Mr. R-ripper"

As the other men heard this they tried to escape but he man told them to walk with them outside and had a little chat and then they left

30 mins. later

As the group left the restaurant they saw the group of men that try to harass them earlier scared as hell as they ran ran away and then the man that saved them walked at them and then they asked what his name, he said that his name is secret but they may called him Mr. Ripper or Ripper and then they asked why are they scared of him and then he responded that he works for an syndicate that bring justice and then a  Grumman F4F Wildcat fighter flied towards them and the Mr. Ripper says that his Boss comes to pick him up as the plane gets close to him he jumps at the plane and he disappeared while plane head to a tall building and the Enterprise saw A shipgirl with her rigging and an aircraft carrier and then Mr. Ripper landed beside her and her plane returned to her and then her riggings disappeared so as them and then the group returned to Azur lane Hq to report what they saw
