Dixie's Pov
I'm lying in bed alone, Addi went home, Char went to go hang at the Becks with Gabs. Mum and Dad had meetings all day so yeah I'm alone
I jolt up in my bed someone opened the front door, I swear I had locked it I sneak downstairs to check the front door, it's wide open
HELLO!
I start to panic as I hear noises in the house, someone's in here I run to the kitchen and grab my phone of the charger I then turn and run to the front door but I feel a strong hand grab my wrist and pull my back I scream as loud as I can hoping someone will hear me but the other hand wraps around my mouth and I get picked up and taken towards the kitchen, I try my best to stay calm as I hear the tap being run and then they bend down and whisper in my ear I'm taking everything in this house including your life, my face goes pale and I stop moving I'm not thinking straight, I bite his hand as hard as I can drawing blood
Maybe I'm secretly a werewolf or something you know all Tyler Lockwood haven't set of the curse stuff?
"FUCK" he yells
"NO! IM NOT GONNA DIE"
I feel his eyes burning into the back of my head
"that's it your dead"
I scream again even louder then before hoping someone anyone will hear me and then my head is thrown toward the sink
"No no no no no sorry sir but that ain't happening"
"Oh sorry do you want me to stop"
"Wait actually?"
"No"
Then as quick as my head was out of the water it was back in again this time I couldn't stop him my arms were out to the side I could try hitting him? What was I thinking it would never work but that's the problem I wasn't thinking I was panicking.
I'm throwing my arms and legs around trying anything to get out of his grasp but nothings working he is going to kill me I start to get weak and my arms flop down onto the bench top brushing against something sharp, a knife, I can't do it I can't take someone's life can I?

Noah's Pov
My phone starts to ring and a name I never thought ever in a million years pops up
Dixie❤️
N- Hello?
D- Noah I need help
N- what do you mean?
D- Mum and dad aren't picking up and neither are you parents I need help now
N- Dix calm down what's happening
D- just come please I need help
I don't give it a second thought and before I know it I'm in my car speeding down the street to the D'Amilio house, I walk in the house to see Dix crouched over something
Dixie?

Dixie's Pov
I did it I killed him, his lifeless body is now lying in front of me, what have I done I've committed a crime I murderd someone. I call my mum and my dad hoping one of them picks up they didn't, there phones must be turned of, I try Mama and PapaBeck they didn't pick up, my finger hovers over his name can I call him?

He answered the one person I didn't want to answer answered, his deep voice came through my phone clear as crystal, but I didn't hang up I needed help and he was my only option
Noah I need help

I turn my head to see his shocked face and it just upsets me even more, I start crying and he comes and picks me up in his arms but this time I don't refuse I just sink further into his embrace
D- Noah I killed him
N- I know Dix I know
D- what am I gonna do I'm gonna go to jail
N- what happened
I explain what happend to him but he doesn't yell at me he doesn't even look mad
N- Dix your not going to jail it was self defence we can take it to court and fix this whole mess
D- thank you
He lifts my chin up and looks into my eyes
You know I'd do anything for you in a heartbeat
I sigh and stare at him you know Bella asked for you the night she died?

Noah's Pov

My heart skipped a beat as the realisation hit me I wasn't there for Bella when she was going through everything I wasn't there for the last moments of her life, yet she still asked for me, but more importantly I wasn't there for Dix my best friend the girl I loved and still love till this day.
N- and what did you tell her
D- I told her, that you weren't able to come back because you were out following your heart and making your dream come true but that you loved her and that she was always in your heart
N- she always was in my heart and still is
I look up at the roof
N- I'm sorry Bella I love you and one day we will meet again
D- she is my guardian angel you know, she knew it wasn't my time, I'm still making our dream come true
N- I love you ya know
D- and I still hate you, I appreciate what you did for me today but that doesn't change the past, I also respect you though and will give you a chance to make it up because I know Bella would have wanted me to
I lean down to kiss her head
N- and I respect that

They sit there in a comfortable silence Noah had the girl of his dreams in his arms and Dixie was comfortable, they enjoyed this moment knowing that there future was a mystery but it's nothing they can't handle
