Dan's POV

Yesterday was my last day on the set of The Tailor of Panama, and I had a good time with my castmates, but not as good as hanging out with Emma every now and then. I missed the opening press conference for Harry Potter and Hermione Granger. Lucky for me and Emma, we were not supposed to be at that press conference because that was for minor characters in the movie like Neville Longbottom, Seamus Finnegan, Dean Thomas, Draco Malfoy, and Professors Dumbledore, McGonagall, Snape, Hooch, and Hagrid just to name a few. Before I finished the first book, I've noticed that there is no Ron Weasley mentioned in Chapter 9 of The Philosopher's Stone because he didn't get sorted into Gryffindor House. Right now, I'm sitting at my desk as usual as I am still reminiscing my thoughts on The Tailor of Panama. When will I learn that It's my first day ever on the set of Harry Potter after 18 days of missing out on interviews, meeting new cast members, and even worse, I was missing Emma dearly for nearly half of the entire day! When I get on the set of mine and Emma's favourite book franchise, there could be no reason for Mum signing me up to do another movie in the future! I'm worried that could happen again with The Tailor of Panama.

After a few minutes, I met Mum and Dad in the kitchen, and they told me to get ready for my first day on the set. As much as I like doing movies with Emma for the first time, I don't want to mess up and get all angry at all the cast and crew members, get dismissed on the first day, and never come back because of my encounter with another movie.

We arrived at Leavesden Studios, and the first person I saw was a bushy-haired girl with chocolate brown eyes running towards me. She wrapped her arms around me, nearly knocking me flat, and she pulled back immediately. I looked closer into her eyes, and I saw that it was Emma who hugged me. It was a relief to see her because she always comforts me even when I show that I'm angry or worried.

"Told you I'd come back!" I said, still looking in her eyes

"Oh shut up!" she said, giving me a kiss. "Of course I'd knew you'd be back! Come on! We're about to start filming!"

"Okay, I'm coming," I said as she started to walk away. "One more thing."

"What's that?" Without thinking, I pulled her into a hug only this time, nearly knocking her flat. "What was that for?" She asked, bemused.

"I just want to let you know is that I'm sorry for not telling you earlier about doing a new film. I can't stop my Mum for doing this, and I've told her multiple times to leave me alone whilst I have a lot of work to do for Philosopher's Stone. She just never listens to me, and before I know it, she's probably going to sign me up for every film they are making!" I said, letting out a few tears. "I don't know what to do now. Please, Emma, help me sort this out so that I can focus on one job that's important: This film."

She puts her arm around my shoulder and says in a whisper, "How about this, I can talk with my Dad, who will talk with your Dad, who talks with your mom, to say that Dan's getting a little stressed and needs some time to himself and he can't do any movies in the near future until he says so. That way, you can lay off of all the other movies, and you can now focus on this film and possibly many more if this gets good reviews."

"You'll soon realize that I'll always count on you even when times are tough," I said with a weak smile.

"That's easy for you to say." She said, giving me one last kiss. "If you're ready to start filming, I'll race you there!"

"You don't have to tell me twice," I said as I started running with Emma falling behind.

Emma's POV

After the first day of Shooting, me and Dan are starting to talk about his issues with his mom. Honestly, It's stupid for Dan's Mom to sign him up for many films, and it makes him a lot more stressed every time. I get that Dan's mom is super happy that her son [Dan] is doing acting, and that's perfectly fine by me because I like acting as well, but that doesn't mean that she can sign Dan up for every movie available.

"So, how are we going to approach this because I always get stressed every time Mum signs me up for a new film. Is she trying to go against me for doing this film? Because it seems like it, in my opinion." He said in a worried tone.

"If you need a refresher, I'll tell my Dad who talks with your Dad who talks with your mom to help sort things out. That way, there won't be any opportunities for you to not to do any movies until the near future." I said, reassuringly, "But you've got to promise me one thing."

"What is it?" he asked, bemused.

"You have to do every movie with me, whether it's a horror, adventure, comedy, romance, Etc."

"Okay, Deal," he said as we both shook hands, securing the deal intact.

After shaking hands, I took him into a hug, telling him that everything will change eventually once they talk with his mom. I'm perfectly confident that both mine and Dan's Dad would sort this out because his mom always listens to his Dad, and he always tells her if Dan is getting stressed out or worried that he's not confident enough. Mine and Dan's Dad have been close when we were young, and they've always made a great team handling these types of situations. So hopefully, tomorrow they'll it sort out and give Dan a little freedom from other movies besides the set Harry Potter and Hermione Granger is like Dan's third home aside from his and my parents because it's like a bit of freedom from all the stressful things that he's been through in the past few weeks.
