For staying at the Dursleys for 32 days after Harry and Hermione's Diagon Alley trip was eventful, to say the least for them. Yes, Dudley was now scared of Harry and Hermione, but it was time for them to leave this place and head on over to Hogwarts. The question is, how in the world can Harry and Hermione get to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? Living in the Muggle World, there was no such thing as a Hogwarts School. So, after leaving the Dursleys for the first time since Harry's Birthday, Harry and Hermione caught up with Hagrid at Kings Cross Train Station. Hermione and Harry were curious about what was in that bag of Hagrid's when he took it from Gringotts and why did Dumbledore want it for 'Hogwarts Business.' They were walking on a bridge above the trains until Hagrid looked at his pocket watch.

''Blimey, is that the time? ''Sorry, Harry and Hermione, I'm gonna have to leave you. Dumbledore'll be wanting his- well, he'll be wanting to see me. Now, uh, your train leaves in 10 minutes. Here's your ticket.'' he said, handing out two tickets to Harry and handed one over to Hermione. ''Stick to it, Harry and Hermione, that's very important. Stick to your ticket.''

Harry and Hermione looked at their tickets, and they looked at each other, confused.

''Platform 9 and 3/4?'' Hermione questioned

''But, Hagrid, there must be a mistake. This says Platform 9 and 3/4. There's no such thing...is there?'' added Harry, who looked up to where Hagrid was standing. To their surprise, Hagrid disappeared. ''Hermione? Hagrid's gone.''

''What are we going to do?''

''We have got to find a way to get onto that train. It leaves in a couple of minutes!''

They walked down the stairs to a concrete floor that was filled with passengers walking up and down the aisles. They walked down the aisles and spotted a station guard guiding people to their trains.

''Excuse me, sir.'' Harry asked, ''Can you tell us where I might find Platform 9 and 3/4?''

''9 and 3/4? Think you're being funny, do ya?'' questioned the station guard.

Just then, a family of red hairs walked by them, and the mother began to speak, ''It's the same year after year. Always packed with Muggles, of course.''

''Muggles?'' said Harry and Hermione, bemused

''Come on. Platform 9 and 3/4 this way!'' repeated the mother, motioning a tall man with the same coloured hair as his mother. ''All right, Percy, you first.''

Percy stepped forward and ran into a brick wall but didn't crash into it, which amazed Harry and Hermione.

''Fred, you next.''

''He's not Fred, I am!'' said a boy, identical to another boy

''Honestly, woman, you call yourself our mother.'' said the similar boy

''Oh, I'm sorry, George.'' said the mother, as the first identical twin made his way to the wall

''I'm only joking. I am Fred,'' said Fred, as he and George went straight through the wall and disappeared.

Harry and Hermione's heads shook in disbelief, and they walked up to the mother.

''Excuse me!'' yelled Harry, as the mother looked at Harry and Hermione ''C-could you tell us how to-''

''How to get on the platform? Yes, not to worry, dearies. It's Ron's first time to Hogwarts as well.'' said the mother, pointing at a red-haired boy. ''Now, all you've got to do is walk straight at the wall between Platforms 9 and 10. Best do it at a bit of a run if you're nervous.''

Harry took a deep breath, grabbed his cart, turned to Hermione, and began to speak, ''Ready, Hermione? Don't worry; It'll be fine once you're with me.''

Hermione nodded, and she grabbed Harry's hand along with her cart, which took Harry into a blushing state. They walked towards the middle of Platforms 9 and 10 and began to close their eyes. They ran into the wall, and the first thought that could come to mind is that they were going to crash. But, Merlin, were they wrong. They were on the other side of the barrier, and they opened their eyes to reveal a hidden station at Kings Cross. They walk down the new platform until they see a sign that says Platform 9 and 3/4 and a red velvet train titled Hogwarts Express.

After hopping on the Hogwarts Express, they travelled through Britain and began to discuss the amazing things around the Wizarding World. However, after talking about different teachers and classes they were going to take, things get way too personal for Hermione, and she began to speak to Harry.

''Harry, hold still.''

''Um, okay?'' Harry said as Hermione whipped out her wand

''Oculus Reparo.''

The tape on the glasses got removed, which resulted in repaired glasses for Harry, and it was his turn to fix Hermione's cast.

''Armamini Reparo''

The cast broke apart from Hermione's arm, and she did something she never done before, and kissed him on the cheek. Harry blushed from the wetness of Hermione's lips and asked Hermione, ''What was that for?''

''For getting my cast off, of course,'' she said, hugging him tightly. ''It's great to have that cast off after 11 years.''

''It's great to have perfect glasses for once,'' he said, hugging back

Before long, they were not in their school uniforms, and they're going to be at the school in less than 20 minutes.

''Hermione, the train stops in 20 minutes, and we're still not in our school uniform.''

''You're right, I'm just going to lea-''

''No, I'll leave and change.'' Harry said, cutting her off mid-sentence ''And yes, before you ask, I'll be alright. It's not like, nothing bad's going to happen to you or me.''

''Whatever you say,'' she said, sarcastically

''Hey, I'm not trying to cause trouble, Hermione,'' Harry said, walking out backwards. ''D-OH!''

She gave him a hug that nearly knocked him flat and said, ''Please be careful, Harry. I don't want to lose you on the first day.''

''Same here, Hermione. I don't want to lose you too,'' said Harry, not letting go of the hug. ''Uh, Hermione? Can't breathe.''

''Oh, sorry,'' said Hermione, letting go of the hug, turning her face into a red state. ''Um, well, I'm just going to leave you be until you get your uniform on. We'll meet back here in five minutes tops. Got it?''

''Always, Hermione. Always,'' he said, leaving the compartment to get changed.

After five minutes, Harry walked back into the compartment, and Hermione hugged him immediately, taking Harry into a thoughtful trance, ''Oh, It's amazing to see her again. I wish I could tell her how I feel after we were enslaved by the Dursleys for 11 years together.'' Hermione was thinking the same thing, and when she began to speak, the train stopped, and they reached the Hogwarts train station. A familiar voice came from outside as all the students went out of the train cars. ''Right, then, First years! This way, please! Come on, now, First years, don't be shy! Come on now, hurry up!''

Harry and Hermione walked towards the voice, and it was Hagrid who yelled to the students.

''Hello, Harry and Hermione,'' said Hagrid, noticing the two familiar faces he saved from the Dursleys. ''Right then. This way to the boats! Come on, now, follow me.''

The students followed Hagrid to some boats to get a glimpse of their first look at Hogwarts Castle. Hermione is with Harry as usual, along with some new students in a boat who are looking at the castle in awe.
