Asami was woken up by korra lightly poking her. She tried to go back but korra wouldn't stop. She closed her eyes for a few moments and then opened them.

The first thing she saw was the clock saying it was too early o'clock. She didn't turn over she just asked the bender.

"Korra is there a reason you woke me up at the butt crack of dawn?"

"I couldn't sleep and got lonely."

Asami's eyes widen at the cuteness.
She turned over and saw korra looking at her those eyes. Those eyes that meant she was going to get what she wanted.

Asami sat up and grabbed korra. Since she was the little spoon tonight she had to get up hold korra. After they were facing each other asami layed them down.

Korra wrapped her arms around the engineer like a hug. And asami sung a lullaby from when she was younger. It reminded korra of a mom (something to talk about in the morning)

Korra fell asleep first listening to Asami's voice. She fell asleep soon after hearing the slow deep breathing of the one she loved.
