The Dark War - The Mortal Instrument Fanfic

Chaptr 2

Amatis is standing in front of her queens golden throne. The queens itself is standing beside her master, Sebastian and are looking at their visitors with amusement.

“Can´t we just kill them?” the queen questions her king.

“Yeah, we could, but it wouldn´t be smart”

“And why is that?” The queen demanded

“No one can tell the clave about their beautiful queen then” Sebastian smirked. A smile spread across from the queen’s lips as she leaned in and kissed him. Amatis sighed

“You are excused, Amatis” Sebastian said

“Yes master” she muttered and walked away quiet

Jace had an incredibly pain in his stomach but it was nothing against the pain is his heart. He saw his Clary become someone she isn´t. He saw her become Sebastian’s queen. And apparently she liked it to because right now she was kissing Sebastian just the way she sometimes kissed him

The endarkend warriors had let them go as soon as Clary was standing up after she had drunken from the mortal cup. Right know Jace was leaning against Alec who held most of his weight.

“Maybe we can send back all exept one?” Clary suggested to Sebastian. They were having a fight of what to do with them. Clary wanted to kill them as Sebastian wanted to send them back to Alicante with a message

“Who would you suggest to keep here?” Sebastian asked his queen

“The golden one” she said seductively “I need a toy”

“A toy?” Sebastian said, hurt and betrayal flashed across his face. She was his queen now, he should do stuff like that to her.

A wicked grin appeared on Clary´s lips “Yes, a toy”

Clary took a step forward, she was standing in front of Luke “Maybe we could send back all except the golden one and this werewolf?” she said

Sebastian shared Clary´s wicked grin at that and gave her a Morgenstern dagger

“Go ahead dear sister, give the clave a message”

Clary took another three steps so she was right in front of him, the black veil of her dress was spread across the floor and Jace thought she looked elegant. She half turned towards them and smiled her ordinary smile “Tell the Clave they can´t win. That they are going to lose and that the queen has raised and is on the throne of Edom! Tell the clave they have no Chans! Tell the clave that their best werewolf was killed by Queen Clarissa!” she said as drove the dagger through Luke´s heart.

All that was heard the first two minutes was Jocelyn´s cries. Then Simon started to mumble something and fell to his knees across from Joselyn at Luke´s body.

Clary was standing on the same spot as before the dagger on the floor and her hand covered in her stepfather’s blood. A smile on her face as she raised her to Sebastian’s and took his Steele. She started to draw a portal as many endarkend warriors filled in the room. Two of them immediately went for Magnus who was too weak to fight against them. Alec who was still supporting Jace screamed his name but he was already pulled out the door. Two others warriors had grabbed Simon who was weak from grief and thirst and was to pulled out of the room while Izzy tried to whip them with her golden whip but without success suddenly the two of them was gone.

“It´s nothing personal” Sebastian said as he laid his arm around Clary´s waist “We just need the downworlders for our plans of the new shadowhunter race”

“The portal is open, you are free to go” Clary said

Jace, Izzy and Alec just stared at her

“What are go going to do to him?” Izzy asked and clary stared laughing her wicked laugh

“Nothing that concern’s you… yet”

“My queen, did you change you min about your toy?” Sebastian suddenly asked and a sweet smile appread on Clary´s lips

“Yes, you gave me new ones” She said as she left the floor and walked up to the golden throne to sit down

“I suggest you leave before the portal closes” she said as she walked away

“Clary…” Jace said but got no response

Jace let go of Alec and was walking towards Clary´s back but suddenly everything stared to spin and h found himself on the floor of the accords hall with Alec, Izzy, Jocelyn and the body of Luke next to him
