*he wants a baby but you're unsure*

"Hey baby" Harry enters your shared bedroom.
"Hey" you smile, looking up from your laptop.
"I've been thinking" he begins hesitantly, crawling onto the bed, sitting facing you.
"Oh no. That can't be good" you joke, closing your laptop, sensing that he wants to have a serious conversation.
"Seriously" he half whines.
"Alright. I'm listening" you comb a hand through his hair.
"I think it would be fun if we had a little us running around" he puts out there. You pause. You've never talked about having kids. You didn't even know if you were both on the same page.
"Haz, I- I don't know" you try to soften.
"Well what's the issue? Can you not have kids?" He quickly questions.
"No no. I can. I just don't know" you say slowly.
"Well talk to me" he rests a comforting hand on your thigh.
"It kinda freaks me out. Having a person inside of me just... and like what if I kill them. Or what if I'm not good enough. And like pregnancy ruins your body" you rant.
"Hey. You're great with kids. Your niece loves you. I see your smile when you're with her." He reminds you. You nod, starting to relax.
"And if you don't want to get pregnant we can always adopt or something. Whatever you want." He compromises, "but I think it would be more fun to make our own" he presses his lips to yours. You lay back, he straddles you, lips still together. You smile, breaking the kiss.
"Is that a yes?" He gets excited. You nod, rolling your eyes. He leaps off of you, jumping around the room. You sit up giggling at his goofiness, seeing a wide smile on his face. You stand off the bed and laugh at him. He wraps his arms around you, lifting your feet off the ground and spinning you in circles. Harry carefully drops you onto the bed, laying on top of you.
"Babe" you get his attention.
"Mhm?" He smiles.
"I'm not pregnant yet" you remind him.
"Well let's start right now" he eagerly kisses your neck as you laugh, tugging lightly at the hair at the nape of his neck.

This ones kinda short but I don't hate it. It feels like it's been the last 2 weeks of school for 3 months. Anyway, I hope everyone is doing good. I'm so excited for summer. Much love ❤️
