After two years with her new friends, Wendy discovered that due to her slayer magic she always had one of her spirits with her at all times mostly either Chen or Si who was very protective of her or Mao or Yin who had grown motherly towards her, all the spirit even took to calling her their little princess. Wendy loved having them around because she felt like she had a family that wouldn't be forced to leave her or stay away just to keep her safe.

*~*FLASHBACK*~*

After a tough day of training with her spirits, Wendy found herself asleep in Si's arms as she, Si, Mao, and Carla made their back to the Cait Shelter guildhall.

"She's a fast learner" Mao commented smiling at her mage "Who knew that she was a snake speaker"

"Yes, she is improving drastically in learning our language I presume her speed is improving as well?" Si said his voice emotionless

"Of course she is when she activates her Dragon Force she will be even faster than me," Mao said pouting before she smiled knowing just how much Si and her fellow spirits loved this little girl

"If only she would develop more confidence in her abilities then she would be even more powerful" Carla sighed making Mao giggle

"Well I find it adorable," she said before she gathered Carla in her arms, holding her protectively while Si held Wendy closer protectively as a hooded figure walked into their line of vision

"Not to worry I mean them no harm, I am Ignotus Peverell," he said before he pulled his hood down revealing his face just as Wendy was awakened by his familiar scent

"Uncle Igni?" she asked before she opened her eyes to see the man who just smiled

"Hello Lovely" he greeted softly

"Where have you been? Why did you leave?" she asked as Si let her down

"I'm afraid that you may not like what I'll have to tell you, Wendy," he said smiling wrily

"Well, you at least tell me? please" she begged

"I plan to but before that, I have something to give you," he said before he pulled out a leather-bound book with a strange symbol on the chain it was a triangle with a circle in the lower center part with a line going through it "This is my family spellbook, now it's yours"

"Wow, thank you," she said smiling brightly before she ran up to him hugging his waist "I missed you so much"

"Trust me Lovely we did to more than you'll ever know but nows, not the time, Wendy listen to me, we never wanted to leave you to trust me but we needed to keep you safe," he said as he knelt in front of her

"What do you mean by that?" Carla asked worriedly

"Wendy you are far more powerful than you give yourself credit for, even as a baby you were much more powerful than any of those your age" Ignotus smiling gently "And because of how powerful you are your mother tried to protect you but failed due to your father's greed...I guess what I'm trying to say is that we were forced to leave you so that you would stay safe from people who seek to harm you and use you as a sacrifice"

"Who would dare try and do that to our mage?" Si asked his voice deadly while Mao was smiling sweetly both of the celestial spirits were omitting killer intent at the thought of someone trying to harm their beloved Mage

"As long as Wendy stays here who he is doesn't matter.Because as much as I want you to Morgana said not to tell you just yet and I treasure my life and bits too much to anger her" Ignotus said shivering

"Wait...You said that Wendy's father was one of the causes of why you had to leave...What of her mother?" Carla asked feeling that Wendy deserved to know

"Your mother loved you more than anything unfortunately I can not reveal anything else. You will meet your mother soon enough but until then you have others waiting for it to be safe for you to return" Ignotus said before pulling out a Lacrima that flashed showing her six people who were all smiling at her "This Lacrima has a recording for each person who is excited to meet you but is also forced to stay away to keep you safe"

"Impressive" Carla said smiling at Wendy's bright smile

"So many people that care about me," She said in awe before she touched a picture of a dark-haired man who looked like he had greasy hair and a hooked nose that's been broken many times before

"Hello Rigel," he said making Wendy look up at Ignotus in confusion making him chuckle

"Your full name is Rowendaline "Wendy" Rigel Marvell-Potter-Black-Peverell-Le Fae-Emrys, We gave you what was essentially a nickname to make sure they never found you if they ever came here. Well we only decided on the name Wendy because you turned down the names Elizabeth and Cassiopeia as a one-year-old" he said slightly pouting making Wendy apologized profusely which in turn made Carla begin to scold her, Mao giggled and Si just watched on with a small smile

"Wendy wakes up were almost to the meeting point," Yin said as she shook the girl awake gently since they were on Chen's back, he was in his dragon form

"Hm? almost there?" Wendy asked unknown to her she asked in snake speak or parseltongue as Ignotus called it

"Yup so it's time to wake up princess," Chen said before he started his descent when he saw a pink mansion

"Come on princess," Yin said as she helped Wendy get off Chen's back once he landed a few meters from the mansion just enough distance he wasn't seen

"We'll have to walk the rest of the way," Chen said smiling before he and Yin started walking towards the mansion

".....Erik"

"Hm? What was that?" Wendy thought stopping to look at the forest

"Wendy?" Chen asked when he noticed that she stopped

"It's nothing," she said before running over to them

"Sounds like Wendy's the last person to arrive," the Tiger spirit said before she knelt in front of Wendy "Remember princess be confident and you are never alone"

"You'll have to go in alone though," he said smiling gently before they disappeared

"I guess I have to go inside," she thought nervously before she started running towards the mansion only to trip on the rug "Oww...I'm sorry I got here so late, I'm from the Cait Shelter Guild, my name is Wendy, nice to meet all of you"
