XII: Welcome Home

As Wendy walked through Peverell Manor she felt herself being wrapped in a warm hug, calming down significantly as if the house itself was welcoming her back.

"Welcome home Princess" Merlin said smiling as he opened the large double doors where everyone was waiting for Wendy

"Welcome home dear" Fleamont greeted smiling at his granddaughter

"Th-Thank you," Wendy said smiling but also very overwhelmed by happiness, these were her family, her blood family and they were happy to see her

"Oh Rigel," Fleamont said unable to stop herself from hugging her granddaughter her little angel making Carla jump onto Cubellious "Welcome Home, my little angel"

"Thank you," Wendy said hugging her back "I can't believe it I'm home"

"Are you hungry dear? What about your friends do they need anything?" Euphemia asked smiling at Carla and Cubellious

"No thank you, ma'am," Carla said happy for Wendy "Wendy finally found her family"

"Jolly" Fleamont called before a small creature with big eyes and bat-like ears "This is Jolly she use to be your nanny elf, call for her whenever you need anything"

"Nanny elf?" Wendy asked confused

After explaining their world to Wendy Euphemia and Fleamont went to meet with their Goblins to finalize everything needed to leave the country as well as secure their wealth and make Wendy the only major inheriting party while Merlin walks Wendy to where her bearer is being healed by Morgana

"Hello darling" Morgana greeted smiling at the young lady in front of her, oh how she's missed her little princess

"Hi auntie Gana" Wendy greeted before she looked at who Morgana was attending to

"Wendy this is your bearer Regulus Arcturus Black," Ignotus said before he gave Wendy a slight push towards her bearer

"What's the matter?" she asked as sadness, relief, happiness, and disbelief rose to the surface

"His magical core is very low after fighting off nasty creatures called Inferi, protecting his body for year's as well as keeping his lifeline strong," Morgana said before she gave Wendy space "I believe that you can heal him better than any of us ever could"

"I'll try my best" Wendy said determinedly before she started focusing her healing magic into her bearer's magical core

Meanwhile, Fleamont and Euphemia made their way through Diagon Alley looking for various gifts for their little angel as well as finalizing everything

"Perhaps she would like this dear?" Euphemia said as she got hold of a darling snowy owl chick

"I believe she would but darling she already has two wonderful companions?" Fleamont said smiling at how happy his wife seemed

"Oh nonsense," she said before walking over to the store owner who was all too happy to see his old friends again

"How have you lot been, haven't seen you in quite some time?" the store owner greeted

"Wonderful" Euphemia said cheerily before she continued to chat with her friend soon the little owl was at Potter manor being cared for by two house elves

"Oh Lord potter what a pleasant surprise" a man with sleek back long platinum blonde hair greeted as he walked over to the older man

"Ah greetings Lord Malfoy fancy seeing you here" Fleamont greeted the younger lord

"I must say I was quite taken back when you announced that House Potter would be of the neutral party from this point onwards," Lucius Abraxas Malfoy said as he watched his wife walk over to Euphemia who was looking at many dresses

"Oh I thought that it was about time for a change," he said before he looked back at his wife who was talking to one of her nieces "As far as I'm concerned the Potter family had just returned to their honored roots"

"Ah yes I have yet to stop hearing Evans complain about it during the school governors meeting," Lucius said making Fleamont sigh

"Honestly I fail to see what we did wrong in raising that child, ever since Dumbledore got to him and he started dating that mudblood he has forgotten all we've taught him, becoming the biggest disappointment of our family. I believe that Rigel would have been much better as an heir rather than that pathetic excuse of a wizard" Fleamont said glaring at a clear spy of the old fool

"Yes, I know that little Rigel was capable of magic incredible feats. Squib my foot" Lucius said smirking at the presence of a certain green beetle "Leaving her with the mudblood's muggle family was a mistake and now we have no idea where she is"

"I agree well then I believe that our wives are finished," Fleamont said as he saw the two women walking over to them

"Shall we Monty?" Euphemia said before the two elders apparated home where to their surprise and delight they saw their granddaughter using her unique magic to heal her bearer

"Oh our granddaughter is so powerful dear," Euphemia said in amazement

"This is only one of her abilities as a Sky Dragon Slayer," Carla said as she and Cubellious moved towards the proud grandparents

"Carla please do tell me, what does my granddaughter enjoy eating?" Euphemia asked before the three females all went to the kitchen to make dinner for the family

Meanwhile, at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry Potion Master Snape was on his last piece of patience as he had to listen to Lily Evans accuse the other teachers of favoritism and the unfair treatment of her precious spoiled brat

"Furthermore, I expected more from you, Minerva Jamie did a wonderful essay he did not deserve just an Acceptable," she said before Severus merely slammed his mug on the table, shocking all the professors, and just as  he and Minerva walked of the teacher's lounge area

"Who does that bint think she is," Severus thought as he walked towards the dungeons with his usual grace though his aura was terrifying that it kept all students away for the duration of his journey to his office, where he took out a locket he kept which had a picture of his beloved goddaughter as an infant and a picture of Regulus

"Professor Snape?"

"Come in ms. Lovegood" he said before a petite long curly blonde haired girl with round silvery-blue eyes, pale skin, wearing a set of Ravenclaw robes missing her socks, shoes and her tie entered his office "I assume that ms. Chang had done it again? Have a seat"

"Yes but the Weasley twins are getting revenge," she said before she walked over to the offered chair "Everything will change come the fourth year of the impostor"

"What have you seen little moon?" Severus inquired

"The sky maiden shall show the world her power, the greedy ones shall seek it for themselves, New friends shall grow into protectors, All from light and dark it will not matter," Luna said smiling

"Very well thank you," Severus said as he watched the daughter of his dear friend Pandora skip out of his office "70 points from Ravenclaw for bullying a fellow student"

"Oh and professor please look at your magic crystal" Luna chirped before Severus' Lacrima communicator started vibrating

"Off with you ms. Lovegood" Severus chuckled amused by the whimsical raven
