Just wanted to thank you for starting problems in my life
For causing me to go into depression, get panic and anxiety attacks
For causing the nightmares that always wake me up in the middle of the night
For breaking me so much that I'm now afraid of sleep while you're dreaming peacefully

If you're one of those people who get nightmares like me, I know what you're going through. My nightmares are so horrifying that it has gotten to the point where I'm afraid of sleeping. I feel like if I sleep, I'll get sucked into a world full of nothingness and never return.

Now nightmares aren't something you can get rid of with the snap of your fingers (but Thanos probably can👀). My advise to help you get a peaceful sleep would be keep your mind positive throughout the day. Do something relaxing before sleeping. Like listen to music or read a book. 1 hour before sleeping, make your room dark so that your body knows that it's almost time to sleep. Oh and don't do exercised before sleeping. I tried that and my back and legs hurt the entire night 💀
