"Good morning, Natasha" Ryley smiled as she entered the Avengers common room
"Good morning" Natasha smiled back
Currently Bucky and Sam were agressivly playing video games while Steve watched confused at the games, Wanda and Pietro were making breakfast
Clint was watching his boyfriend as he and and his sister cooked
Peter was with aunt May for the weekend so she wasn't here, Scott didn't stay around often and Rhodey and Tony were probably somewhere talking, pepper was working and Bruce was on his computer doing research while waiting for Breakfast
It was just a normal Saturday that is until Friday spoke
"Thor has entered the tower, he asked me to inform you all" The feminine AI stated
Everyone gave a confused look except for Ryley, she just sat down with her phone and ate when the food was done
"HELLO MIDGARDIAN AVENGERS!!" the loud blonde said as he entered the common room
Ryley and Bucky both winced slighty at his loud tone, neither one of them liked yelling all that much
Bucky winced more because the yelling was unexpected rather then because of trauma though
"I HAVE COME WITH NEWS" thor continued
"What's your news?" Steve asked
"LOKI WILL BE LET OUT OF THE ASGARDIAN PRISON AND BROUGHT HERE TO LIVE WITH ALL OF YOU" thor said happily
"No, absolutely not!" Tony raised his voice as he walked into the room with Rhodey
"I agree with Tony on this one" Steve said
"Yeah, he was only here for one day and he killed over 80 people, why on earth would we let him back here?" Natasha asked
Ryley laughed softly and some of the others turned to look at her
She looked up then shrugged "you said 'why on earth' and he would be coming to earth, so I found it funny, my humors broken, that's all"
No one payed anymore attention to her after that as they were still concerned about what thor had said
"HE HAS PROVEN HIMSELF WORTHY OF REDEMPTION, HE NOW MUST MAKE AMENDS WITH MIDGARD" thor stated
"We can not trust him, he's a villain" Steve said
"Well technically a lot of you were, Tony made literal bombs that killed many 0eople weather they were good or bad, Wanda and Pietro both voluntarily worked with Hydra, Bucky was a trained weapon used by Hydra and killed more people then any of us can count, Natasha was an assassin, most of you have killed people, most of you have done very bad things, yet you got second chances, i can't say I'm a big fan of the God but he deserves a chance just as much as any of you did" Ryley stated blankly
She basically just called everyone out as they just stared at her and she didn't show any care
Once she noticed their stares she instantly felt regret "sorry- I didn't mean to be rude-"
"No, no, you're right" Tony said, he was mostly surprised his daughter had said so much without stuttering
"He can stay, but if he does anything mischievous he's going straight back to Asgard" Tony said then went back to his lab
The others continued talking but ryley too went to her lab, she had to finish her bike, and in general she needed her alone time
But not too long after that her life would be changing more for the better
