Ryley sighed as she went into her room

"He's a lot more attractive in real life" She thought out loud

"Oh god- a literal god just saw me dancing then covered in eggy flour- " The brunette facepalmed

After a while of panic, ryley went to go take a shower

After that she attempted to go to sleep but ended up reading fan fictions all night till it was time to wake up again

When she reluctantly walked into the common room to see the others sitting and talking, others being Natasha, Steve, Tony, Bucky, Sam and Thor

"Well someone has to keep an eye on him, but most of us are too busy for that and we can't leave someone untrusted or a complete stranger with him" Tony said

"I could do it?" Bucky suggested, he was the only one who didn't go on missions often, he was taking a well needed break from that sort of thing

"An ex Hydra assassin with a staring problem, with the god of mischief who is known for murder, such a great pair" Tony said sarcastically

Bucky nodded a bit sadly and Steve shot a glare at Tony who now also held a sad expression

He didn't actually mean to hurt the ex assassins feelings but he also wasn't planning on apologizing

"Well what about Peter?" Steve suggested

"No." Natasha stated, she didn't like the idea of her little spider hanging out with Loki

"What about dakota?" Sam suggested after a moment

"Why are our only suggestions the puppy's? A puppy can't watch a snake" Tony said

"So you're saying Bucky is a puppy?" Natasha asked with a smirk

Tony blushed "i-"

"What are we talking about?" Wanda asked now entering the room

"We're wondering who should keep an eye on the 'snake'" Natasha said, smiling softly as Wanda sat beside her

"I could do it?" Ryley suggested

"No, absolutely not" Tony and Natasha both said

"I have to agree with them.." Bucky mumbled

"I don't see it as too bad of an idea, I'm sure Loki wouldn't intentionally hurt a child" Steve said

"It could still be unsafe though" Wanda said

"My brother would never hurt a young child" Thor said

"I have a feeling he's relatively harmless, plus I wouldn't categorize myself as a puppy so-" Ryley said

"You're a kitten, a small fragile kitten" Natasha pouted

"Kittens are sharp on 5 ends, snakes are only sharp on one" Ryley stated

"Yeah sure but snakes are also poisonous" Tony said

"Not all of them" Ryley said

"I still think this is a bad idea" Tony said

"What is a bad idea?" A voice said and the group turned to see the ravenette enter the room

He sent a soft smile in ryleys direction making the young girl look away

"Nothing" Tony said

"Sorry, I suppose I wasn't invited in on the conversation" Loki apologized

"No it's fine brother! We were merely trying to figure out who should keep an eye on you, and young ryley here suggested herself!" Thor said

Loki tilted his head slightly then looked over to see the younger blushing softly because of the attention

"For what it's worth, I don't feel as if I need a babysitter, but if it makes you all feel better then I'll take it" Loki said

"Then it's settled! Young ryley will be your babysitter!" Thor grinned

Tony and Natasha still did not like the idea one bit, and Tony knew pepper wouldn't either
