It all started one day with Sam saying Bucky to give you a kiss. You were in a bad mood, and Sam was bored. He assumed after the kiss either your mood would improve or you would punch Bucky. In his eyes, both options were good. Bucky was tired, and without thinking much, he wrapped you in his arms and pecked your cheek. Your giggle filled the room, making him smile from ear to ear.

Since then, he loves to give you small innocent kisses. He thinks the giggle you make when his lips touch your cheek is cute, and it's the sweetest music to his ears. He likes to kiss you. Sometimes he wishes he could kiss you on the lips. He thinks about that a lot, sometimes maybe even too much.

You are goofing around with Bucky. He's trying to get the tv remote from you, but you're doing your best to keep it to yourself. He decided to kiss your cheek, thinking that way he could distract you. He leaned in, and in that exact moment, you turned to him to say something, and your lips met.

You didn't pull away from each other instead started making out, breaking away only when the need for air became too much. A couple of long seconds passed as you just stared at each other, processing what just happened.

"Hey Buck, are you familiar with the concept of time?" Sam asked, walking into the room. "We were supposed to meet like fifteen minutes ago. What the hell, man? I don't have time to wait around for you all day."

"Oh, yeah, yeah, sorry." Bucky smiled, still looking at you, before turning to Sam. "Y/n didn't want me to leave."

"Stop lying." You swatted his shoulder. Pretending that it hurt, he rubbed his arm and went with Sam. Before exiting the room, he threw a glance at you over his shoulder.

"Did I interrupted something back there?" You heard Sam ask in the hallway.

"I'm not telling you anything," Bucky answered, their voices fading further away.

"Wait," The realization hit him. "Did you and Y/n mhm-" Something prevented him from finishing the sentence.

"Shut up!" Bucky's voice was the last you heard as they walked far enough where you couldn't hear them anymore.

Later that night, you met on the rooftop of the compound for some drinks. Sitting in a half-circle, you three were drinking beer and watching the sunset.

Bucky's arm is hanging over the armrest as he's mindlessly tracing random shapes on your thigh, not even noticing it himself. Tilting back his head, he takes a swig of beer with his eyes trained on you.

You inched a little closer to Bucky, and he did the same with a smile dancing on his face. You looked at his lips as his tongue poked out to wet them, reminding you about the accidental kiss. Then you looked back at his eyes, those blues where you could happily get lost for hours. Also, he was wearing a shirt that was obviously a size too small for him, highlighting his muscles, and the way he was holding the bottle of beer between his thigs didn't help the fact that you wanted to climb into his lap and make out with him.

"What are we looking at?" His smile turned bigger as he studied your face, probably guessing what you were thinking.

"We're admiring your cute dimples." Chuckling, you squeezed his cheeks, making him pout, adorably.

"Oh my god," Sam groaned, rolling his eyes, looking up from his phone. "Just kiss already."

Bucky glared at him, but his face softened again when he turned his eyes back to you. "You know I usually don't agree with what he's saying, but this is a rare occasion when I agree with him." The corner of his mouth twitched up in a smirk.

"I changed my mind, don't kiss him," Sam murmured, flipping him off.

"Hmm." You caught your bottom lip between your teeth, pretending to think, even though you already had set your mind on what you wanted to do. Bucky wiggled his eyebrows. Shaking your head, you cupped his cheek and pressed your lips to his. He smiled against your lips, moving his hand to the back of your head. The kiss was soft and slow without any rush, but there was undeniable passion.

"I want a million bucks," Sam said into the blue air, closing his eyes. "Dammit, why did that work and this didn't." He complained when he opened his eyes, and there was no money in his lap.

Placing your bottle of beer on the table, you stretched, feeling Bucky's eyes on you. "Well, this was fun, but I'm off to bed." You said and stood up. "Goodnight, boys."

"It's still early," Sam frowned, looking at his watch.

"Yeah, doll, why don't you stay a little longer." Bucky agreed, hanging his arm over the back of the chair, looking after you with puppy dog eyes.

You stopped not far away from them, looking over your shoulder at Bucky. "You wanna come with me?" You asked, sending him a smile.

"Of course I'm going with you." Bucky scrambled up to his feet and caught up with you, winding his arm around your middle.

"Have fun!" Sam yelled after the two of you, sinking lower into the chair. "Finally, some peace and quiet."
