you were sitting in your car waiting for kuroo to bring your burgers that you left in his fridge.

"here y/n." he threw it at you and you caught it and placed it in the front seat. "thank you ok by bye! my mom has been calling me from 10 but I was doing your eyeliner so I didn't answer."

"wouldn't she get mad at you?" he was playing with the windows button from the inside. "yeah but the most she'll do is scream at me or threaten to send me to my dad so i'll be fine."

kuroo pulled you in for a kiss and planted a small kiss on your lips. "please please study for the chemistry exam y/n, it's in two weeks. you already took your other exams. only chemistry and math but i suck in math too so I won't be disappointed."

you turned on your car "yeah yeah I'll study" he roughed up your hair. "get home safe okay?"

"yesssir"

you pulled out out of his driveway with speed which made him put his hand over his mouth. you were contemplating if you should call your mom or not but you knew if you didn't call her it would be a mess when you arrive home.

"hey siri?"

"yes?"

"call woman who birthed me"

"calling woman who birthed me." it was ringing and ringing until it finally connected.

"who is this?" she answered and it made you scoffed while you turned your steering wheel. "your daughter?".

"damn what you want now child." she sounded annoyed already which wasn't a good sign. "i- um you called me earlier?" she started to make a tsk sound "that was earlier I don't want to talk to you now. lol bring me food"

"mom i- okay then."

"did you study? did you eat yet? are you okay? do I need to call the police?" you sighed to yourself. your mom was really a bi-polar woman.

"I'm fine. on my way home" you heard a click sound. "and she hung up!!!!"

you parked in front of your house taking all of your belongings out of it. you were opened the front door and shouted for your mom but there was no answer. you walked into the kitchen to find a scrap piece of paper saying 'went by your aunt <3'. you crumpled up the paper and headed to your bedroom.

you opened the door seeing that everything was still in place from when you last left it. you plopped on your bed scrolling through your contacts to find yaku's chat.
